If you want to get the runs and have an upset stomach for a few days come here

Priority given to take out to go orders vs people standing in line. Very slow. And they are not even busy right now.

This Costa Vida location is in need of new management. The place is typically dirty and servers are sloppy. This weekend they ran out of guacamole because they were too busy to make it. They forgot to order napkins so they left out a bathroom roll that had filth on the end. Steam tables and the rest of the place a mess. The Health Department and corporate needs to get involved as cleanliness and quailty have gone done hill.

It's always nice to stop in and grab a quick salad here. The atmosphere is always clean and friendly. Some of the best employees around Tri-Cities hands down.

We were greeted by Lucas and he was lovely! And so friendly! My friend Sue got the salad with rice on the bottom and chicken. I skipped the rice and had the black beans. Salad was delicious and so cheap! Everything was fresh and tasty! Riley was our cashier and she was so friendly too!!! Great experience here!

To the worker today the handed me the drink cup when I picked up the Uber order that is not our job. We don't get paid to make drinks for people. It's just like asking me to go around that corner and make the person smell I'm going to deliver. I've been doing this for 5 years and it's not acceptable.

We've always loved their food and their service. It's our daughter's favorite place to eat, she even had them cater her graduation party. Great place to eat if you are gluten-free/have Celiacs.Dietary restrictions: They do make gluten-free options and will change their gloves to make your Gluten-free meal.

Waited 35 minutes past our given time for food to be available, once we got home we were missing an entire meal and parts of a kids meal!
