Base of cookies all the same taste-- just change tops and not as good as when they first started in Queensgate area. I think with price of a cookie about $5, I am done as a customer.
I have visited the Richland Washington location twice and both times I have had a very positive experience they have answered all of my questions. Very friendly and fast service. Quality of cookies have always been top notch. Highly recommend
Great service. I assume they were the owners based on interactions with the employees. They were exuberant and kind. I would definitely come back to this location based on their kindness factor alone. Cookies are always delish
