“I ordered a special ice cream cake online. When I visited the store on the pickup date, the staff told me that they had no record of my order, possibly due to a system issue. Even after I showed them my confirmation email, they couldn't find anything in their system. They apologized, and I asked them to prepare the cake so I could pick it up the next day.
When I returned to pick up the new order, they told me that since it was their mistake, they would not charge me for the cake. I was very disappointed on the first day, but I was impressed with their service when I returned. While I regretted the time and gas I had wasted, I was satisfied with their compensation.
I would like to commend the manager at DQ for their excellent service. However, I hope they review their online system to ensure that reservations are properly processed in the future.“
“Always go here to this location because of the friendly service. One time the app wasn’t working with scanning it, but they still did the deal I got off rewards from the app. Love the reward system for the app. Service is great here, never really had any complaints“
