Always go here to this location because of the friendly service. One time the app wasn’t working with scanning it, but they still did the deal I got off rewards from the app. Love the reward system for the app. Service is great here, never really had any complaints

Ordered for curbside pickup. Was told we could go through the drive through when the person came out with food. Why would you go through the drive through and wait in line? Defeats the purpose. Training moment… They didn’t bring all of our food out with them so we had to go in. Yeah, not doing that again.

I love Dairy Queen, but the last time I went it was terrible. I work in food service myself so most of the time I understand if they get something wrong. I had two chicken baskets and a basket of cheese curds, I had ordered extra toast on one of them but when the food was brought out I had received no extra toast, I went up and got it from them when I asked where it was then after sitting down, I realized they had not given me any fries for both orders, so I had to go up and ask for my fries right after asking for the toast, I’m pretty sure the cashier rolled her eyes at me. The toast was also incredibly stale, I think this was the worst experience I’ve had at dq and if I could refund it I would.

We ordered from Uber and we did not get our small blizzard called the store they told us to call Uber and they would write it down. They never asked our name or what type of blizzard. The sad thing is food was great but they did not even check to see if they forgot it and was there fault or Uber. Uber gave us a $1.25 back onto there acct. The small blizzard was over $6. I am mad at both Uber and DQ what happened to customer service?
