Amazing service! Their computer system is down, and instead of making everyone wait they gave us our food for free. The woman at the window said her boss would rather have happy customers that want to come back, that will be us!!!!

I was just picking up an order, there was a very young woman who looked like it was her first day on the job and there was a man with a very short hair and a long beard and he was training that girl and the way he was speaking to her was absolutely disgusting. Like I was genuinely distraught that’s how some employees talk to the people in training. I will never pick up from the store or order there again as that behavior truly disgusted me, and that individual who was speaking to her like that should be fired immediately. it truly was a hard watch. it’s Dairy Queen, not the navy.

I was laughing at a joke my friends made and they did not let me order until I drove to the window but the person at the windows was nice

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I got chicken strips, fries with toast and gravy and everything was fresh and delicious. Not just one thing but even the toast was buttered right. I asked for fresh hot food and they delivered. If they keep serving good food I'll return. The other DQ on queensgate was like eating garbage. IT was stale, cold dry chicken too. I asked for fresh and even when I came in to get it redone they still gave me stale dry greasy old stale fries and chicken and barely gave me any fries. Gravy was cold. The worst. That was queensgate. The DQ on gage bvrd was the best. Everything was hot and fresh and the chicken was meaty and tender. They gave me tons of fries. All hot and fresh gravy too. I'll have to come all the way out there to get decent dq food bc the one on queensgate is terrible.

Their burgers are highly under rated and the 2 for $5 deal is awesome for a cheap lunch.

I've went to the gage st dairy queen 5 times in the last mth. the first 3 times in a week had no onions. the 4 and 5th time had no lettuce... wont go back. owners dont care about customers or what people want on a burger. Just say not available. when there are plenty of stores within walking distance.

The cooks with long hair and long beards don't wear hairnets or even beards nets and i don't even see gloves worn make sure people to look what your eating people hair could be in it.
