I feel like if we pay the amount of money we have to for the food we want, we should get more than this… after waiting 35 mins in the drive thru

Drive thru window for a blizzard. Love the blizzards, but how do you rate atmosphere from your car?

I just went through the drive-thru at Dairy Queen and ordered a chili cheese dog. I was really looking forward to it, but when I got home and opened it up, there was no cheese at all—just chili on the bun. I know mistakes happen, and maybe to some this seems like a small oversight, but it completely ruined the meal for me. The cheese is a big part of what makes it a chili cheese dog. It’s really disappointing to pay for something and not get what you ordered, especially when you’re looking forward to it. Quality control matters, even with simple items.

After a day of yard work I wanted to take my kids for ice cream. We stood at the counter for almost ten minutes. Not one employee greeted us or asked how they could help us…nobody said, we’ll be right with you…nothing. I don’t get it? What happened to customer service?
Beyond that the menu makes no sense?!?! An ice cream cone is $4.99
OR you can get a whole meal with a sundae for $7
We ended up walking out and going somewhere else. The experience was just very disappointing. Even the kids felt like they were not valued as customers and they normally don’t pay attention to this kind of thing.

Went threw drive threw they had me park and wait for my food even though their was no one behind me. They said the chicken strips were gonna be fresh but they were cold. And my 4 peace chicken strips basket. Was more like a 4 pice chicken nugget basket. Never going to that DQ again!

The younger black guy working around 1:20 on 4/17 has really great customer service skills, goes above and beyond what he needs to and I really thought that should be recognized because it’s hard to come by amazing employees!!

Food was awesome but they did.not offer us a water but they another person loud

My son really likes the chicken basket, but they took the only thing off the menu that I could eat, the rotisserie chicken

We were asked to pull up to a parking spot since they were waiting for the meat to cook. 15-20 minutes later, we decided to check on the food because we have been waiting for so long. The food was sitting on the counter the whole time. No one came out to bring us our food. On top of that, they messed up our order by giving us a 4-piece basket instead of the 6-piece.
