Ordered for curbside pickup, park in the spot, directions in the sign is to call to tell them we are there. We call, phone is off the hook. The parking lot was pretty empty, it was about 1 in the afternoon. Benefit of the doubt that they are backed up and the phones are full. Continue to wait about 5 minutes, calling in every minute or so to see if the line is no longer busy but it never goes through. So had to go inside to pick it up. Stores pretty empty, phones not busy. Wait about 40 minutes total from time of order til it was ready. We are out of towners here because we own a few food establishments here and weâre staying the week for work. So we finally get our food for 3 teens and us 2 parents. Take the kids and dogs to the park to eat, they didnât include the French toast to my husbands meal. I paid extra for it but whatever, it happens and wasnât going to go back after the service we had received. Not worth, wasnât even going to make a review. But then Iâm eating and my pancakes taste burnt but look good. Few more bites and no improvement so I cut them down the middle and flip and see the bottoms are COMPLETELY burnt. So now here is a poor review because the service, the missing items, AND the hidden burnt food deserves it. Bad days happen, but this was negligence from the start đ¤ˇââď¸ Paid $90 for it and I was already thrown by the cost but then this is what Iâve paid for? We wonât be back, but do better for the next guys.

The food is usually ok. But the fries lately have been cold and soggy. Like they weren't even cooked. It's really disappointing. So idk if they are just old or what but no one wants to eat cold soggy fries. Hopefully they step it up soon. But the employees are very nice and helpful. But ya I'm pretty disappointed.

Am traveling toward the East stopped in the Tri-Cities recently for lunch stopped in the Denny's. The one in richland. When prepared to standard Denny's has very good food in the food in this property was excellent. My server short lady long brown dark brown braided hair can't remember her name, excellent service everything nice introduced herself and I can't remember her name, restrooms are clean which is the number one ranking for a restaurant in my view. Nice place to stop I'll be in town for a few days maybe we'll come back.

I stopped by this Dennyâs for breakfast and had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. I ordered the pancakes, and they were honestly deliciousâlight, fluffy, and cooked just right. Itâs a simple dish, but they really nailed it. The prices were very reasonable too, especially for a full sit-down meal. Service was friendly and quick without being overbearing. Overall, a great spot for a casual, affordable meal. Iâd definitely recommend it if youâre in the area and craving a classic breakfast
