My husband arranged for a cake for my birthday. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAKE! I have had in a REALLY long time. I was so great full for the quality, we ordered another one for birthdays coming up.

I celebrated my 60th birthday with a beautiful cake! I pre-ordered and paid for the cake in person. We had my party on the Water2Wine cruise ship on a Tuesday and were asked to bring the cake on board at 4:30, so I arranged to pick up the cake at 4:15. The cake was not ready! We were offered a beverage and sat at a table to wait. The cake still wasn't ready at 4:30. We were told the decorator worked on "artist time" and she would be finished soon. We were on "event time" and needed to get to the boat to decorate and greet our guests. We made some calls and arranged for others to pick up the cake. Thankfully, we were able to get the cake on board before the ship sailed at 5:30! If you use Desserts by Kelly, I highly recommend you set your watch and expectations to "artist time".
Dietary restrictions: We were able to purchase gluten-free/ dairy-free cupcakes that were decorated to match the main cake.

I'm a desert freak . I love love love me some good cake , cookies , pie , all of it . I stopped by for some treats and got an assortment bag full of this and that . The prices were reasonable . The girl who helped me was super sweet and patient with me as I asked a bazillion questions . . She recommended a few things and answered all my questions politely. Now for taste test .... My family and I sat around the table and I set all the deserts out and cut them each into four pieces so we all could try each one. We loved everything . It was unanimously decided that we would be doing back to get more next week so we could try everything they had .... We love our deserts!!

I've tried several different cakes and cookies from here and they have all been some of the best I've ever had. The ladies behind the counter are always friendly and welcoming. The cakes are decorated so creatively and taste exceptionally delicious. Perfect amount of sweetness in everything .I highly recommend!
My granddaughter's birthday cake was supposed to be ready Thursday afternoon. The order was placed about a month in advance so there was more than ample time to have the cake ready in time. My wife and I went to pick up the cake Friday morning on our way to our granddaughter's birthday party. When we got there, we were told that the cake wasn't ready and that the they were working on it. My wife called our son to inform him that we were going to be late and the reasons why. Our son called Desserts By Kelly to hear for himself why the cake was late when he put the order in in plenty of time. My wife was listening to the conversation and the woman told our son that the cake was done (which wasn't true) and they were boxing it up. The part that really caught us of guard was that when the woman got off the phone with our son, she and the woman working on our cake (I think she was the owner) laughed about the conversation on the phone.
We realize that life happens even in the world of business, but the lack of professionalism that was on display at that bakery Friday morning was uncalled for and inexcusable. I would rather buy a Hostess cupcake next time than order from them.

The deserts are amazing, I've never been disappointed with anything here and the girls working the front are awsome! Especially the blond. I think its , stacey. She's super hot!!!!

The cake was good. However when they give you a time to pickup it’s not accurate whatsoever. Was told it would be ready at 11. Drove all the way from Benton City to be there at 11 (45 minute round trip) only to be told it was in fact not ready.The least you could do is call knowing you will be behind instead of wasting time. They said it would for sure be ready at 12 after we clarified. Only to not get it until 12:30 and wasting tons of time we needed to get ready for the party. Will likely not be using them again due to the unreliability.
I just went in and bought a cup cake to see if their stuff was any good. It was terrible i took 2 bites and threw it away it was sopping wet and i like moist cake also the frosting smelled almost like bad milk

Great customer service and amazing desserts! I was in and ordered a custom small cake and 6 cake pops to pickup at a later date. Not only was the order exactly what I wanted when I picked it up, it tasted amazing as well. The vanilla cake was VERY moist and had an excellent flavor! I also grabbed a shortbread cookie and a mini banana bread from their premade case. We will absolutely be back!!

This is such a cute shop. Great service. Very friendly. Everything looks amazing. It has been my "go to" place for years! However my recent purchase of cookies was terrible. It didn't taste like they used any butter or vanilla. It just tasted like flour. I was so disappointed.
