Oh wow what a great Gem here in the city. In the area and had a sweet tooth. So many goodies to choose from. I was greated with warmth and a personal touch of kindness. I was offered a sample without asking. Instead I'd leaving with one cookie 🍪, I bought 3. The looked so delicious. I got to ny car and sank my teeth into this massive delicious goodness of peanut butter nuttiness. Highly highly recommend. Decently priced as well. Thank you desserts by Kelly. I will be back.

The front staff has pitiful customer service. Very condescending, disrespectful, esp if you are over 40 years of age. Faye and Bill would be extremely disappointed. We have been going to the bakery for 30 years, they have lost a valuable customer.

My family and I have been customers since 1992, when we first moved to Richland. My mom purchased my 16th birthday cake here, and it was one of the most memorable cakes I've had (in looks and taste). When it came time for me to choose where to get cookies for my baby shower in 2014, this was the only place I considered. It was a pleasure to work with the baker, and the cookies turned out perfectly decorated and absolutely delicious. Ten years later, Desserts by Kelly is still a go-to for treats.

I normally LOVE Desserts by Kelly, but I bought a Valentine treat for my husband and it tasted like pure rubbing alcohol. I was told by a baker that this can happen if too much food dye is used. Totally ruined dessert. The staff are pretty amazing, though!

My husband arranged for a cake for my birthday. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAKE! I have had in a REALLY long time. I was so great full for the quality, we ordered another one for birthdays coming up.

I celebrated my 60th birthday with a beautiful cake! I pre-ordered and paid for the cake in person. We had my party on the Water2Wine cruise ship on a Tuesday and were asked to bring the cake on board at 4:30, so I arranged to pick up the cake at 4:15. The cake was not ready! We were offered a beverage and sat at a table to wait. The cake still wasn't ready at 4:30. We were told the decorator worked on "artist time" and she would be finished soon. We were on "event time" and needed to get to the boat to decorate and greet our guests. We made some calls and arranged for others to pick up the cake. Thankfully, we were able to get the cake on board before the ship sailed at 5:30! If you use Desserts by Kelly, I highly recommend you set your watch and expectations to "artist time".
Dietary restrictions: We were able to purchase gluten-free/ dairy-free cupcakes that were decorated to match the main cake.

I'm a desert freak . I love love love me some good cake , cookies , pie , all of it . I stopped by for some treats and got an assortment bag full of this and that . The prices were reasonable . The girl who helped me was super sweet and patient with me as I asked a bazillion questions . . She recommended a few things and answered all my questions politely. Now for taste test .... My family and I sat around the table and I set all the deserts out and cut them each into four pieces so we all could try each one. We loved everything . It was unanimously decided that we would be doing back to get more next week so we could try everything they had .... We love our deserts!!
