first thing you notice when you walk in is it smells like a bakery: cookies, and cakes, and pie, and more cake, and all the stuff that goes with a tall glass of coldy cold milk :-) 'twas the day after all hearts day and all through the store stuff was marked down for quick sale so I got a small sack of treats for the road. got a couple cupcakes; tasty white cake, pink frosting, mini chocolate bar and a gummy on top! a box of assorted treats the specifics of which morsels are irrelevant at this point but they complemented the eight chocolate dipped cake-cubes wonderfully; soft, moist, flavory cake bites... :-) and a bag of candy coated cereal bits somewhere between lucky charms and chex mix.

Great customer service and amazing desserts! I was in and ordered a custom small cake and 6 cake pops to pickup at a later date. Not only was the order exactly what I wanted when I picked it up, it tasted amazing as well. The vanilla cake was VERY moist and had an excellent flavor! I also grabbed a shortbread cookie and a mini banana bread from their premade case. We will absolutely be back!!

This is such a cute shop. Great service. Very friendly. Everything looks amazing. It has been my "go to" place for years! However my recent purchase of cookies was terrible. It didn't taste like they used any butter or vanilla. It just tasted like flour. I was so disappointed.

I have only heard rave reviews for this bakery, but my experience was terrible. I ordered a cake for pick-up at 4pm (yesterday). The cake was not ready. I was told in would be 20mins. At 20mins, I inquired, to be told it would be another 30mins. Skip ahead to waiting until 6pm. The cake was still not ready. There were several people who were waiting, like me.What happened? They only had one decorator. Ridiculous. Why did they not manage their orders better.At 5pm (closing), I asked for my money back, which they refused. 530pm. The cake was done, but looked HORRIBLE! it was not the right size, not the right shape, wrong colours. The "decorating" looked awful! I specifically asked for red, white, and grey. I recieved a cake that was green, cream, and grey! And the carrot cake? Dry. It tasted old. Did they reuse an old cake? Terrible product. Terrible customer service.

From the first cake I experienced from this locally owned bakery, it was the best I'd ever had. We use Desserts By Kelly for our very specialest occasions, as the cost has gone up from $36 to $51 for an 8-inch round cake in the few years we've been purchasing them, but they're absolutely delicious every time. Most recently, I got the Orange Blossom cake for my son's birthday party, and the balance of flavors was perfect; I imagined it being like a Creamsicle and was not disappointed. Will definitely be back for more.

We've been going to Kelly's for years!She made our wedding reception cakes and our anniversary cakes. She does an excellent job in decorating just exactly what you want.Bring her a picture of what you want and she makes it look exactly or better than the picture.
