I went in a few days ago in the evening. There was one frazzled (but kind) guy working, it was extremely dirty, and the kitchen looked super greasy and dusty. Food was ok. Probably won’t go again just based on how dirty it was.

First time I went there food was pretty good. I went there last night and picked up 2 full racks of ribs for the Seahawks game and they were terrible like they were left under a heat lamp for 3 hours dryist ribs Ive ever tried could not even eat them! Cost 85.00 mind you. Called two get them replaced was told since I waited until the next day they would only replace one, I said keep it we won’t be spending any more money there

I ordered Dickey’s BBQ for pickup and my son went and got it. When he came home we were missing three sides that we had ordered and we were given one side that we didn’t order. We thought we were missing one additional side because we ordered three Mac and cheeses and only had two. My son called the restaurant and was told “we are out of small containers so we combined your Mac and cheese orders into two large.” So, then he asked about his missing chili (on the menu in three separate places) and was rudely told “we don’t have chili here”. Okay. When asked about the other missing side my son was told a manager would call him the next day. My son gave the guy his number and the person hung up. The food was good. Not great. Not exceptional. Not worth the $50 I paid. But good. The service was horrible. The guy was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Also, my son never received a call back from the manager or anyone else about our messed up order. Needless to say, I won’t be eating here again.
Out of baked potatoes. Frequent problem. But great food.

Seriously avoid.. I've never had a great experience here but got some gift cards so I've gone a few times in the past couple months.. this was the worst it's been: 25 minutes overdue on an online order placed 30 minutes in advance. 20 minutes after it was overdue, when I checked in again they said they're out of chicken nuggets without offering solutions. Later find out they're also out of mac and cheese.. then had small black bugs crawling on the To-Go items in the bag. Edit: Got home and saw the side salad was missing, not even going to bother. You can't make this up!

Update** raised prices since new owners..not horrible, but don't go very often anymore.
They do great getting good food ready quickly!
