I had two nights back to back where I requested them to call not knock and yet they knocked anyway later at night waking up my dogs who then woke up my family. And on the second night I paid cash on an order I used my points for. I requested they bring change for a 50. They didn’t. So the order that cost 15 ended up getting a $35 dollar tip instead of a still generous $7. If I knew that my “free” pizza was gonna cost $50 I’d have bought something else.

Normally, our pizza orders are great. Today, however, the guy that took my order over the phone clearly didn't know what he was doing. I ordered a large chicken with garlic sauce, half with tomatoes. We received two medium pizzas. One with just cheese, one with the correct ingredients one one side and just cheese (no sauce) on the other side.

i called and asked 2 times that they prepare the food for 6 30 instead of 5 30. they said they would oblige. they did not. when I picked up the pizza it was cold and less than enjoyable to eat. I understand I made a mistake not placing the order correctly for the time I had desired but when I call 2 times to confirm it was made at the actual time I wanted this is unacceptable.

My family has ordered Domino's several times from this establishment and it is always fantastic!
Yesterday, we had the unfortunate experience of needing pizza delivery in an area that Domino's did not deliver to, so we ordered Pizza Hut. It was absolutely FOUL. We have a very big family and always order several items, so it wasn't a fluke mistake pizza. The desserts, three different crust styles across multiple pizzas, and bread sticks were all just...inedible. If I had the time and energy I would have taken it back for a refund.
I ordered Domino's today to make up for the bad experience yesterday and am happily writing this review as I savor every bite. Oh how I missed your deliciousness Domino's! Thank you for taking us back. We will never cheat on you again ❤️
