Ordered delivery, including chicken Alfredo in a tin. Ordered three pizzas that I said I had a coupon for. Ordered one 8 piece chicken wings. Asked him to repeat the order over the phone. He started by saying 10" chicken Alfredo pizza and the wrong other pizzas. I said that's all wrong, I wanted to chicken Alfredo pasta in a tin and the other pizzas are wrong, so let's start again. I clarified that I don't want chicken Alfredo pizza, but the noodles in a tin. I clarified the other pizzas and the coupons I had. When they arrived, I got chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl instead of a tin. I got two orders of chicken wings instead of the one I ordered. None of my coupons were honored. Instead of around $50, the bill was $70. The coupons were the reason I ordered most of the food. Very poor communication over the phone, and a rip off!!!

Bought 14” handmade pan with chicken, onions, American cheese & hot buffalo sauce. Did not have chicken on it!! Buffalo sauce was aweful lime juice taste.Lousy deal. Never buy this again!!

I got my philycheesteak pizza delivered and I put it 4 hours to be delivered ahead of time. The Philly sauce over the pizza tasted cold, they did not cutt my pizza at all. Looked like they were in a rush or something. I've gotten 3 pizzas from here and they never cutt the pizza. I also got the pepperoni stuffed bread. It was also not cutt at all. Luckily I had a pizza cutter but that's not the point. I spent $50 and expected it to be cutt and everything good.
Just had to put pizza in stove to cook longer . Middle of pizza very doughy. Chicken I got tasted like it was just popped in the microwave. Yuck!!! Would appreciate a refund!!

Every once in a while they get it right, so we keep trying. About half the time we order, there is little to no cheese at all, which makes for a really crappy, expensive, and disappointing dinner.

As a walk-in, I was quickly greeted, offered a menu, left to read in peace, my order was quickly taken, and my order was delivered to my seat. All in a clean and pleasantly quiet lobby. Prices were fair, and the manager's special was a steal. I'll be going back and recommending this store.
