Crazy expensive 😳. $5.00 for a cup of coffee ☕️ food was expensive as well.. the staff were amazing. The food was good & my bacon was outstanding. If not for $10. For 2 cups of coffee, it would have been a 5

After a long two days of travel due to diverted flights and other issues it was such a blessing to have this fabulous restaurant in the hotel. Definitely not your average hotel restaurant food. Exceptional room service and the food was as fresh as if I was dining in the dining room. Thank you Drumhellers staff.

We just used them for a company holiday party. I was not impressed and will not be back. We were supposed to have two sides, potatoes and rice pilaf, we did not get potatoes. We were also supposed to have chicken or beef as our entree choices, we got chicken and raw/undercooked Steelhead. Our rolls were not put out until after dinner was served. We also had the River Room reserved from 4 pm to 10 pm. Our bar cut off at 8 and shortly after they told us it was time to wrap up and leave, even though we paid to have that area until 10 pm.
The bartender was great though!

Both times I have been here I was left disappointment. The service the first time wasn’t what I expected. I ordered a Caesar salad which came whole and not chopped, which was okay just inconvenient and wasn’t given the option to have it chopped. We also brought a small birthday cake, and before it came out she mentioned it was a $3 charge per person for them to cut the 6 inch cake. It would have been nice for them to mention that ahead of time.

We just had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. The food was excellent, priced appropriately and Martin provided excellent service. They have vegan and gluten free options.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options.

5 stars on atmosphere and ambiance. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The food unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. I ordered the biscuit breakfast sandwich, and while the flavor was good, the biscuit was quite soggy and the filling to biscuit ratio was off. The potatoes would be comparable to frozen potatoes baked in the oven.

One of my most favorite locations for breakfast! Inside The Lodge at Columbia Point it is like transporting back in time to an old-timey lodge setting.
Love the laid back atmosphere and quiet view of the river. Excellent food and beautiful presentation!

This is my go-to place when I want a special breakfast. I've enjoyed everything I have here. The menu changes every now and then, so you might miss a favorite, but then you can just find new favorites! They have the best breakfast potatoes in the Tri-Cities, always well seasoned and perfectly crisp. Ask for a seat outside for a peaceful view of the river.

I ordered the summer vegetable bucatini with steelhead; the pasta was tasty and bright with fresh veggies, and the fish was well seasoned. Could have had a little cleaner presentation as the veg were not uniformly prepared so it was difficult to get all the flavors in one bite. Friend ordered steak medium rare and it was cooked as such. The staff was very polite but service went downhill from there. Took a long time to bring waters and take our orders …bar was VERY slow and kitchen was a little slow as well. We received steak without steak knives, bread without butter at an awkward time in the meal, an extra drink we did not order and a wrong drink (plain mule instead of blueberry), rose champagne was quite bitter/sour. All in all, the food was good but service left much to be desired.

We prepaid for an experience and reserved a table for two however there was not enough seating so we did not have a table to sit at. Luckily another couple heard us talking to a waiter and offered for us to share a table with them. We were served Tri tip along with prime rib however we had plastic utensils and plastic plates. The meat was so rare and hard to cut and eat with plastic utensils. We had drink tickets included and they only offered beer or wine. I'm allergic to both and asked for hard cider. I was told I could buy some from the bar however the drink tickets we prepaid for doesn't work in the bar so I paid for my drink separately. First time being here and sadly we were disappointed. Such a beautiful location.

For the $$, we felt this experience lacked coordination and finesse. There was a very good beer choice and wine quality was poor. Not enough seating for ticket holders. Delayed check in caused large groups to sprinter and go grab tables, leaving us duo pairs to struggle with seating. Tri Tip was delicious but prime rib lacked flavor. Overall not a well designed food variety. Music was way too loud

We were there for an event. The coleslaw was excellent; full flavor, not too vinegary. Brats were good, pretzel bread was amazing. Prime rib was very fatty. Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Would definitely return to check out regular menu.
