Update from the review below a month ago.. Today, 8/30, Wife wants a large candy cherry fizz blended..Same girl as below...Wife orders and the girl says how do you want that? Um we said blended... Then she just walks away... Come back to our vehicle and says..what did you want? We order wifes drink again..I wouldn't order a water from this girl and literally I didn't get anything..If we come back and she is still here I will just drive over the curb to leave.....Lots of 1 stars in the last few weeks and they really aren't fixing anything..Not sure this management cares about the reviews...Good thing Starbucks gives good service. Previous July Post- Wife wants a Mudslide mocha coldbrew, lactose free. Here is how the conversation goes in a very loud voice since the music is too loud. Wife - I would like a mudslide mocha coldbrew lactose free, whats in it. Server - Our cold brewmix and 2oz chocolate milk. Wife - Can I get that with chocolate syrup instead? Server - No. We need to make that with 2oz chocolate milk. Wife - So, no chocolate syrup? Server - We only use chocolate milk. Wife - What if someone is lactose intolerant? Server - We can use chocolate syrup. Wife orders one with syrup as I shake my head and laugh... Server asks me what I want, 3 words..Large blended Trifecta. Reply, a large blended what? OMG turn the damn music down!!!....Wife gets her drink, no soft top. Send it back, and its fixed. Visit here often, never saw this gal before but she needs to learn her options to become a barista....AND turn the music down so we don't have to yell.

I’ve come to this location multiple times and had the multiple employees put their tablets on my car. Two of the times leaving a scratch on the car. One time my husband had his arm out the car to prevent them from leaning on the car. The girl continued to push the tablet against his arm. We’ve never had this issue with the other Dutch bros in town.

My favorite location but the last 3 times I went my iced Rebel I always get has not been good. Idk what or why that’s happening. Wait times were also very long with only 2 or 3 cars. Maybe something is going on

I waited 15 minutes from the time my Apple Pay says I paid for a simple iced green tea. The tea was ready on the counter but no one called out my drink order and I had to get someone in the building to hand it to me.

This one takes forever for walk up so don’t do walk up. I waited 14 minutes for one rebel while drive thru was in and out super quick. I never see a smile from the ones here and they always act like they hate being at work. This one is not like the other Dutch Bros.
The workers are so nice, the drinks are soooo good, very good variety of drinks!

Usually good but last I went I ordered an extra sweet double rainbow and they gave me the saddest watered down drink possible. Wasn’t extra sweet. Couldn’t even taste the sweetness from the rebel. $7 plus tip for trash! I was so annoyed but didn’t notice till after I left and couldn’t return because my mom was waiting on me to come back with dinner ingredients. Very disappointed:/
