My first time here. I have Celiac, so I really appreciate having this option in my area. I got a loaf of bread and a few sweet treats! I spent less than $20 and all are handmade in a dedicated gluten free facility. All were very good! Thanks again!
The atmosphere is pretty normal as to any small bakery you would go to. I have a friend that is gluten intolerant and is the reason for the visit, and I was surprised to how good they were.
So this is definitely off of the beaten path. There is a flour co packer next door as well.
Everything is refrigerated or frozen. There are also flour mixes you can buy for carrot cake, brownies etc etc etc.
I got a turtle cheesecake and a mint brownie. Both good. I'd like to try a different brownie next time. Not sure inwas so into the mint. I also bought a loaf of bread, but haven't yet made toast so cannot report.
