This place never ever disappoints. Pastries are amazing and coffee is served to perfection.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was cold and the bacon was burnt, which made it almost inedible. On top of that, the chai tea was awful and definitely not what I expected from a bakery. Overall, the food was cold, burnt, and poorly made. I do not recommend this place at all.

Saw them on Diners Drive in and Dives. Went there to meet a friend who drove from Idaho. There was very little to choose from. The only thing was some kind of toast.
Will NEVER go there again.

First time in and this place is has a cute atmosphere but the service is absolutely awful there rude and serve all there products to you cold, I got a $10 breakfast sandwich, which turned out to be a puny 3inch sausage burger, and a croissant both were cold and the sausage patty in my sandwich felt barely defrosted, I had to ask for both to be heated and was meet with attitude and begrudging compliance.

Ethos was a super cute cafe with great drinks and hardworking staff. Solspice matcha in particular was great. Our cashier was a diligent young man with a mustache, was working super hard. For his sake I think the only improvement ethos could make is hiring more staff, poor guy was being worked to death.

Really wanted to love this place, but my first visit to the Parkway location was disappointing. Spent $30+ on pastries, coffee, and a breakfast sandwich, yet at 8:30 a.m. with only one other customer in the store, first two tables we went to sit at were dirty, service was minimal, and my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. The lemon poppyseed muffin, monkey bread, and seasonal pastry were delicious, but the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. Hoping they step up the service and attention to detail, because the baked goods have potential.

Such a cute little hole in the wall and the croissants were absolutely delicious. Flaky and buttery and everything you need. The customer service is top tier too. I was helped by Elaina who was friendly and courteous and paid attention to detail. 10/10 experience I will definitely be coming back 😊

I almost bought one of everything and each item was better than the other. We started with 2 delicious cappuccinos and an almond croissant and a lemon filled doughnut. I would have wrestled for the last bite of the doughnut, it was so good. Later that day we ate the deli sandwich of the day. It to a super delicious with lots of flavours and roasted aubergine, and it held up in our cooler for a couple hours, which was awesome. Then it’s on to cookies (Don’t judge me it was a long day of driving) and they were sweet and salty. The sourdough bread is waiting for me for breakfast tomorrow.

They used to make great coffee and had experienced baristas until recently where the new baristas aren’t very good at making gourmet coffee. Paid $6 for a latte and tasted like regular black coffee with cream and sugar.
