We went in excited to get coffee and sit down and enjoy it at 5:10pm when the hours posted as closing was 6:00pm. But when we walked in we were not greeted and the girl working did not seem happy. We still went ahead an tried to order my husband asked for his coffee in a mug but she very awkwardly stated that she couldn’t do that because it was close to closing time. We will never go back to this estblishmemt if I couldn’t give it zero starts I would. Horribly service and coffee.

I’ve always loved the bread and pastries at Ethos Bakery, but today was really disappointing. I drove all the way there, arriving at 3:45 PM, only to find the door closed when the sign says they close at 4:00. It’s frustrating when businesses don’t adhere to their posted hours especially when customers make the effort to get there.
I was really excited to try Ethos bakery and it was SUCH a disappointment. I got a cappuccino that tasted horrible and my chocolate croissant was so dry. It tasted about 2 days old. I should’ve absolutely went back up there to tell them but it was one of those days that I just didn’t have the energy to complain, so I sucked it up. DONT GO TO ETHOS!! Disgusting coffee & chocolate croissants. ☹️

Had a delicious pumpkin spice latte. Not sugary, but with a powerful flavor punch. Very drinkable and not bitter. Their bakery selection looked amazing, but I wasn’t shopping for those items. Would recommend for coffee lovers.

To the tall skinny lady, ask your customers if they want their croissants heated up!! Who loves a cold ham and cheese croissant!? Sheesh. We heard you ask another customer “would you like that warmed up?” But you didn’t ask us? Didn’t know that was an option..
Then I say “thank you” for my drink. And you ignore me. So sad. I wish you were a lot more kind to us. 🥲 I was a first timer too, I wanted to experience the sweetness. I noticed that you’re kind to old people lol I’ll show up in 35 years, maybe I’ll get a better experience. 👴🏼👵🏼

This place has so much potential, but every time I come in I want to ask the employees if they just hate their job because they are so unfriendly. I really can’t justify coming back to this overpriced bakery when the workers can’t even muster a smile or thank us for our business.
Amazing coffee as always. The server forgot my food, but I was able to grab it when I left. This location is smaller than the previous one on Keene, but very quiet.
Parking: It's on the Parkway so parking can be limited depending on what time of day.

Overall not the best experience. The service was not the friendliest and I ordered a matcha latte for almost $9. It took a very long time to receive my drink and when I did get it it was not good. The powder was not mixed in so every sip was just matcha powder. Would not recommend getting the matcha if you come here because the price is really expensive and not good.

Feels more aesthetic than quality. Some things are great but with the higher price of things, was let down with the miss on some baked goods.
Bagels were overly chewy and no option for regular cream cheese but the herb one was yummy. The breakfast sandwiches looked better than they are unfortunately
Staff did not make it aware heating up was an option (was fine going home to heat up) and had no knowledge on ingredients so it made it hard when working with allergies.
Questions about the place and items, being our first time, seemed to be more of an inconvenience to staff. (There was only one person behind us and no one ahead)
It’s a cute place but a few misses that makes it hard to want to return especially with the cost of just 3 baked goods and 2 drinks was pushing the total of $40+

This bakery has yummy treats that are on the fancy side. There are a lot of scones and croissant style treats. They also have bread, savory baked items and special sweets, like large macarons. It is a tight space with not a lot of room to get in the door, and to start at the beginning of the baked items, to be able to see what is on hand, is a cramped corner. Definitely 5 stars+ for taste. Pricing is confusing and not marked, we try but rarely know the cost of our choices until we get to the register. A lot of the pastries have a European style about them, great for an occasional treat. I recommend trying Ethics, if you haven't, yet.

ordered an $8 breakfast sandwich and a nonfat mocha. the coffee was good, (although it has whipped cream on it and I would have preferred none) but the sandwich was bad, it was burnt and hard and didn't have cheese on it like it says in the menu. I was on a long drive and could not turn back to complain after I had already left the restaurant. this was my second bad encounter, at the other location I ordered an orange pound cake that was so dry my toddler who loves sweets didn't even like it.
