Awful service at the downtown location. Snarky and unpleasant staff. Too bad because the pastries are good.

I LOVE this place! It’s my favorite spot for real bread. Sabrina who works up front is the sweetest gal!

$3.50 for a bagel is outrageous. That would be over $40 for a dozen.
She tells me it's expensive because it's sourdough. I told her that's even worse. Real bagels are never sourdough.

be prepared to wait in drive through for along time. 2 cars in front of me, 35 min later and I left because I got tired of waiting

Food: They have and open display for the pastries and there was a fly feasting on most of the pastries. Coffee was delicious, pastry was okay, I didn’t want to try due to the fly, but my husband liked his chocolate croissant.

Service: instantly made to feel unwelcomed and an inconvenience by the male barista. My husband and I came in, I've been wanting to try this place for months but service sets the tone for possible return, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Atmosphere: I wouldn’t say it’s kiddo friendly, it was very quiet when we walked in. I had my 2 kiddos with me, which behaved great, thankfully, but I could sense the glares from the barista, and other guests. Great for studying, or business work, but as a moms of 2 littles, I don’t think it’ll work for us.

The lemon tarts here are the best! I get a baguette and coffee here every week or two. We are always happy with our bread and the staff is a delight to chat with~

This place never disappoints, it always delivers. Rio, the staff on site the night I was last there, was exceptional. He made our night knowing just the right tone to set the mood for out outing.

On the last TWO trips to the bakery, I’ve purchased croissants and both times they were dark brown, overcooked and dry. When you pay $11 for 2 croissants, you’d expect them to be good. Does their baker not know how to bake a proper croissant? Their coffee is not good, though some pastries have been okay. I’m just giving up of them.
