Easily my favorite place to get pastries in the tri cities, anytime theres a seasonal option i get it and im never let down! Highly recommend
I almost bought one of everything and each item was better than the other. We started with 2 delicious cappuccinos and an almond croissant and a lemon filled doughnut. I would have wrestled for the last bite of the doughnut, it was so good. Later that day we ate the deli sandwich of the day. It to a super delicious with lots of flavours and roasted aubergine, and it held up in our cooler for a couple hours, which was awesome. Then it’s on to cookies (Don’t judge me it was a long day of driving) and they were sweet and salty. The sourdough bread is waiting for me for breakfast tomorrow.
They used to make great coffee and had experienced baristas until recently where the new baristas aren’t very good at making gourmet coffee. Paid $6 for a latte and tasted like regular black coffee with cream and sugar.
Cute little bakery with a variety of options on pastries and breakfast items which are reasonably priced. We had empanadas, lemon cake and a croissant and two lattes. Lattes were not good! Not sure what happen but I never take things back or complain but needed caffeine. A different barista remade our coffee and it was perfect. She also stopped by to check if it was ok. Guess the previous barista was a trainee. Pastries were good not the best as it was dry. Overall service was good and cafe was clean.
Love this place so much! Best scones and coffee in town.
Ordered sausage sandwich, they delivered a bacon sandwich, didn’t tell us they were out of sausage sandwich’s, just made the bacon and set it on the counter. Didn’t say “hey we’re out of sausage would you be interested in bacon?” Just set it on the counter and let it sit til I inquired where my sandwich was. Now cold bacon sandwich. Service blows. No listing of bakery items anywhere. Placement of bakery items terrible for flow of traffic. Won’t go back.
Heavy as in grossly dense and not good in flavor scone. I had a raspberry scone and it tasted kinda musty is best way to put it. Service wasn’t friendly at all. Hard to get to see baked items. I would not recommend this place:(
The bakery is ok but not that great. When we got there there were out of croissants. So we bought other items but they were so so. I think they don’t use enough butter in their dough.
We went in excited to get coffee and sit down and enjoy it at 5:10pm when the hours posted as closing was 6:00pm. But when we walked in we were not greeted and the girl working did not seem happy. We still went ahead an tried to order my husband asked for his coffee in a mug but she very awkwardly stated that she couldn’t do that because it was close to closing time. We will never go back to this estblishmemt if I couldn’t give it zero starts I would. Horribly service and coffee.

I’ve always loved the bread and pastries at Ethos Bakery, but today was really disappointing. I drove all the way there, arriving at 3:45 PM, only to find the door closed when the sign says they close at 4:00. It’s frustrating when businesses don’t adhere to their posted hours especially when customers make the effort to get there.

I was really excited to try Ethos bakery and it was SUCH a disappointment. I got a cappuccino that tasted horrible and my chocolate croissant was so dry. It tasted about 2 days old. I should’ve absolutely went back up there to tell them but it was one of those days that I just didn’t have the energy to complain, so I sucked it up. DONT GO TO ETHOS!! Disgusting coffee & chocolate croissants. ☹️

Had a delicious pumpkin spice latte. Not sugary, but with a powerful flavor punch. Very drinkable and not bitter. Their bakery selection looked amazing, but I wasn’t shopping for those items. Would recommend for coffee lovers.

To the tall skinny lady, ask your customers if they want their croissants heated up!! Who loves a cold ham and cheese croissant!? Sheesh. We heard you ask another customer “would you like that warmed up?” But you didn’t ask us? Didn’t know that was an option..
Then I say “thank you” for my drink. And you ignore me. So sad. I wish you were a lot more kind to us. 🥲 I was a first timer too, I wanted to experience the sweetness. I noticed that you’re kind to old people lol I’ll show up in 35 years, maybe I’ll get a better experience. 👴🏼👵🏼
