This is our favorite Richland bakery and the ham and cheese croissant is always amazing. I love all of their pastries too.

On a rainy day my sister and I resolved to take an early morning walk to coffee. We stopped at Ethos and weren't disappointed with our choice. The coffee was pretty good (my sister enjoyed her vanilla late) and the Kouign-amann pastry we tried was so delicious (it was freshly baked). The service was quick, employees were very friendly, and atmosphere was cozy. If you want a quiet place to escape from the cold weather, give Ethos a try.

This was a disappointing coffee shop. The service was extremely slow and for 3 coffee drinks and 2 muffins it was over $40!!! Very sterile environment and baking equipment sloppy on one whole side of the room. The over priced coffee was also terrible and tasted burnt. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been going here for a year now. it’s a nice place to meet up with friends for pastries and coffee. The pastries usually look very appealing and pretty, but could use more robust flavor for the pricing . I’ve had their coffee and it’s okay as well. The staff however are always nice and give great

I got an iced mocha with oat milk and a scone. The shots were burnt. Almost tasted like decaf somehow lol the scone was soft and sticky? A scone is supposed to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Poor quality food, you can tell it's not made in house and for the price you'd hope it was made that day. But it's tri cities so the bar is always low

Great Lattes and their bakery goods the best.

I love so much that Ethos takes the time to use quality grains to make their products. The use of fermentation base instead of yeast makes everything taste as it should always!I wish every bakery would follow such a superb example of quality from the ingredients all the way to technique like Ethos has. It's my favorite cheatday Sunday spot! And yes, I ate all of these myself! ?

Limited review:I stop in usually one or two times a week in the morning while walking or running Daisy Doodle and grab a couple muffins or scones. They are fresh and tasty (blueberry, lemon poppyseed, or cinnamon). This is all I ever get...never drank coffee in my life, so can't help there, but I see plenty of it being ordered. However, I did order a Hot Chocolate once...took two sips and tossed it in the trash. Not hot and had zero taste to it ?...hence 4 stars vs 5.

So disappointed by our visit to Ethos. The food was mediocre. Our pumpkin scone was dry. Our cinnamon roll and breakfast sandwich needed to be warmed, which wasn't offered. When we asked, the employee did warm the sandwich, but very begrudgingly. I honestly could have over-looked the mediocre food, but the customer service was so bad, it magnified the food falling short. The poor service at the point of sale was frustrating, but when one of the employees started vacuuming while we're trying to enjoy conversation and our coffee, I was done. Eating out is expensive. When employees treat me like I'm a burden and an inconvenience, it makes it difficult to want to be a customer. Won't be returning to Ethos anytime soon. Also, I shared this feedback directly with Ethos via email and did not get a response.

Really good espresso and THE BAKERY GOODS SO YUM. Many vegan and Gluten free options. Friendly staff!

Looked delicious but not up to date. They don't make the sandwiches fresh anymore and did not have a non dairy option for sandwiches.

Stopped by on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Friendly service, and the case is full of delicious looking pastries. I found them to be a bit on the less sweet side, a refreshing change from high production bakery options. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee and pastry as we observed the bread baking process, as an oven is in the front of the house. We will be taking some items to go.

Ethos Bakery is the perfect location to enjoy a handcrafted, freshly ground and packed coffee bean espresso style drinks and amazing baked good. Recommend a baguettes, scones and the hand pies.

Was there early - Within an hr of opening. So all the baked goods were fresh and warm and soft. Great baguettes gallette seasonal croissant and oatmilk latte. We love great bakeries. Thank you.

Wow. The staff here and food options are dope. I totally dig their intentional sourcing of products, too. I can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area.
