The Brisket and cheddar cheese was delicious! Meat was moist and tender with the perfect amount of BBQ sauce. Chloe was very nice and patient.

It’s hard to recommend this location. Waited over 45 minutes for a sub, and had to leave empty handed. Talked to support and they denied and kind of refund or discount for the order.

Orders the captains club, didnt get half what the sandwich said it came with, I guess that's what you pay for with bunch of kids working behind the counter, no actual adult/manager to be seen to make sure food is going out properly

Ordered a simple turkey lettuce black olives and cheese, no causes, the sandwich took over 15 minutes and when I opened it, it was soggy, I showed employees and asked for a refund, an employee lied saying he's the manager and that they don't have to change gloves when that is cross contamination, the sandwich was soggy and he responded with you ordered a hot sub it's gonna be soggy, not once have I ever had a soggy sub at subway, he lied saying the sandwich was edible and that I couldn't get a refund

Took forever to get food server was new and couldn't hear apparently irepeated order 10xs and it was still wrong. Subs aren't good and it took 45 minutes for them to give them for to go orders

Subway isn't close too being as good and way more expensive. Ridiculously expensive.

Everytime I go here I get the Jamaican jerk turkey& they always put a little tiny drop of the sauce. Like dannnng is it coming out of the employees paychecks?!?! I’ve even gone as far as asking to buy some and they still don’t put barely any! What’s a girl go to do to get some sauce on her sub!!!

Firehouse subs are getting crappy with the sub miniature sandwiches. Subway or jimmy John’s subs are a better value, bigger subs.
