The food is good but seriously what is the deal with the soggy bread all the time I can't do there food anymore I hate soggy bread

Staff is unreasonable and terrible service, accidentally picked up the wrong order with the same name and same amount of sandwiches and called to get a fix and they told me to order another 50$ order. For people trying to do good they sure don’t care about their customers. Thanks for fleecing me for 50$. I understand fault was in my end but in an situation you remake that order for the customer

Came in here just now. Line 6 deep while manager is outside talking. Guy who took my order is wearing a filthy apron with his long hair and beard all over the place never once looked at me. Waited over 30 minutes and while waiting saw how all the food that was getting made was Togo orders. So people who order are more important than the people who go eat there. This is horrible most unprofessional business never ever going to any firehouse subs again.

Ordered the Firehouse Steak and Cheese and it was more like the Firehouse Bread Sandwich. I've seen more meat in a hot pocket.

Ordered online half an hour in advance only to be notified they cancelled my order upon arrival. Line out the door or angry people waiting. If you can’t staff for online orders, don’t make it an option on the website.

I arrived for an online order for GrubHub 30 minutes later I'm still waiting for the order to come out. I understand that it takes time but I haven't seen more orders go out I think they're way under staff there's two people manning this place.

Well the food is good but everytime we go in there to get food we see people with long hair making food with no hair nets I am tired of finding hair in my food plus by the time we got to eat our sandwiches the bread was All soggy we won't be eating here again
