I never been so disappointed before. I went in got 2 burgers and a few other things. When I get home I go to take a bite of my bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was burnt. And I dont mean left on the grill a few mins too long burnt, i mean like it was left there for 20 minutes too long burnt. The only way i could get bacon this burnt for my nana was to cook it and then put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then They made my other bacon cheese burger wrong. And the kid taking my order was too busy talking to the crew and I had to repeat myself multiple times for him to hear me especially with the music so loud and felt like he was rushing me. All I know is a few nights ago I came in at 9 and the staff and the food was great. It was completely different people today and my second time here. This experience has made me not want to come back. Wish I would of spent my money at zips.

They're gonna need more than five guys! More people were waiting than eating. We waited an hour to get our food. If you want your food in a reasonable time, it seems you should order online first, thus making those who come in and order wait an unreasonable amount of time. This was compounded by confusion when handing orders out. Our order was apparently our food was handed to someone else. The cooks were doing their best, tho. They had a great system going, food was flying out of the kitchen. Just kinda expensive for the experience we had.

I ordered at 5:45 for a 6:30 pick up. Arrived early so they would put the fries down and have order ready by 6:30... checked in not only on the app as well as at the counter but order was still not ready by 6:45 pm. Then I got home and my order was wrong. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with mayo, BBQ, grilled onion, grilled mushrooms, and tomato along with a large fries. Received a cheese burger, no bacon and no BBQ. With regular fries not large. Very disappointed.

I’d give the food 0 stars if I could because it was disgusting. I ordered 2 burgers from them and when I got home to eat it the bun was soggy and looked nasty. I took one bite thinking it was just from the condiments and it definitely wasn’t. I was puking all night after that, luckily I was fine later in the day but you guys need to check your dates on your food because thats unacceptable.

Food has always been good. Take out kinda sucks, by the time you get the food home the bottom bun is soaked and mushy. Always keep fresh buns at home if you order five guys.

I ordered online. I show up, tell cashier my name. Cashier yells it to kitchen. I proceed to stand there at the counter for 10 minutes waiting. Then after they finally acknowledge me, I ask where my order is. They grab it from the shelf where it's been sitting since before I arrived. I take it to my car - it's soggy from sitting there for 10+ minutes. I walk back in and ask for a remake and they make it. I go back out to my car and the burger is intentionally smashed flat - clear retaliation for asking for a remake.
Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. Organ transplant recipient here who lives 3 hours away and just wanted 5 guys burger. Will never return to this children-run location who are both incompetent and retaliatory.

Burgers are amazing!!! Important: You MUST eat there! These burgers are really juicy. The burgers are so juicy that if you tried to take your order home the bun would absorb everything and become a mess, just ruinning it. So trust me eat there.
