Celebrating three family events at once. Everybody was very hospitable. The food was great it was very clean. It was a little loud.
Having been to Fujiyama's before I was disappointed this time. Very loud drumming many times and I'm sure the younger crowd loved it but not for us slightly older folk. The food did not match up to the last time I was there and was very generic... We ordered filet mignon with shrimp medium rare steak and it was medium and not up to the standard I would expect. The "chef" at our hibachi grill table suggested to us that he was a novice but did a good job. Overall I would not go again.
This place is always great for a show and entertainment but not on our night. Food was way uncooked or overcooked.
They were short on chefs so we waited almost an hour before the food got started. But it was most delicious!
Good food and nice size portions. Could use a bit more flare in their atmosphere. The chefs put on a good food prep show.
Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the Beni Hana-type food prep right at the table.

Normally good experience in dinning area, but not tonight. service was slow and food was cold. Also. The prices have freakin sky rocketed. It’s ridiculous. $250 for 6 hibachi dinners. Be freakin for real.

I've eaten here several times. The service and the food have always been great. The price is reasonable, a good value for quality food and service. I will go again, you should give it a try!

After my third time, I’m convinced I will not go back! We had three plates that were prized from $16-$18 and the bill came out to be $90! I would much rather go somewhere else for a $30 plate because that food is basic. Their rice is always extra salty with sauce, and the meat is not tender or flavorful. I saw a comment a the gratuity fee it comes with and I didn’t notice it because it was awkward add to looking At the receipt while the girl is holding the iPad in front of you. So in the end, I ended up tipping on top of their gratuity and it was $100 for the three of us. I wouldn’t even be complaining if the food was actually unique or delicious.
Great food and atmosphere while being entertaining. Nobody does a better filet mignon or lobster in the area.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food options. Beware the grill side seating and the fire show, as the flames and heat can startle the kiddos.
Wheelchair accessibility: Reasonable accommodations.

The wait was MUCH longer than normal, despite the waitresses assurances that they were slow and there wouldn't be much of a wait.
Vegetarian options: There are a few, but this is predominantly a steak house.
Dietary restrictions: Very easy to both request and monitor dietary requests since the food is made in front of you.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, but it is more of a grownup atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible.

We were passing through from Seattle with a small group of 5 people at 8:30. . Was empty so we're seated in ten min. Guy at the greeters area was holding empty trash bags and scrolling on his phone with his other hand, didn't even look up. Lol. Must have been break time. Took twenty to get our food ordered. Just simple dishes, nothing special. No alcoholic drinks, no steaks. Came to $260, and then I left tip of $55. When I asked for a receipt there was a "glitch". Found out later tip was already added!
I don't think I've ever paid $300+ for noodles and some onion soup and a coke each for a small group. Bizarre. It's not the Space Needle.
I guess they make their money on travelers who don't know better.

CHECK YOUR BILL FIRST BEFORE LEAVING A TIP! They automatically include an 18% gratuity but don't tell you this, and intentionally put your itemized receipt at the very bottom. The top receipt includes pre-filled out 20%, 25%, and 30% tip options which has no clarification that they've ALREADY INCLUDED AN 18% TIP IN YOUR TOTAL! Not only did we unknowingly almost double tip, the second tip would have also tipped 20% including 20% of the value of the first tip.
If we're already tipping, tell us this when we're receiving our bills. This is incredibly deceptive and arguably fraud by Fujiyama. There is zero chance they don't know that they're doing this and it needs to be immediately addressed.
My dinner server was Gaga and she was phenomenal, my food was so juicy and flavorful. I had such a fun time watching the show. She was attentive, and quick. So sweet and I can’t wait to come back for dinner again.
