The food and our chef were 5 star, however, the past 2 visits we have had poor table service from the servers. 2 weeks ago, I had to ask twice for my steamed rice. I finally received it well after my hibachi meal was served. Yesterday it seemed our waitress was stretched too thin with too many tables. Our tablemates had to ask for their appetizer since their hibachi meal was complete snd they still had not received their appetizer. Then our tickets were incorrect. I was charged for their appetizer. She apologized and corrected it. It seemed she was handling too much. Love the food and the chefs!

Came on a Tuesday, wasn't that busy, sat with a family. Our reservation was 7, waited over an hour to even get our food started, service was poor. The chef was good though and tried his best to make it worth the wait

We always have a great time here, but I wish that the chef was at the table longer to make the experience even better.

This place is horrible. They messed up two of 4 orders. Terrible service and the food for the price isn't worth it. Don't waste your time and money.

Wonderful place to celebrate sny occasion! Delicious food and drinks! Dinner and a show! Our chef was amazing and so funny! Had drinks in the bar before dinner and the waitstaff there was amazing also!

We took our daughter, husband and grandchildren for dinner. The chef was awesome and really focused on entertaining the grandkids. The rice and vegetables were great but the steak and seafood were both overcooked and cut into such tiny pieces that neither were very good!

Ordered fried rice and yakisoba and got food sickness. Place is understaffed and staffed with people looking like they just woke up (other than the bus boy and the cooks). Front desk lady wasn't happy whatsoever. Atmosphere was bland, a few small pictures but 90% just was just red wall with mediocre lighting. Habochi fan was loud. Place needs a good cleaning for sure. Front waiting area has trim missing in multiple places, and dirt stained rugs. Front entrance reminded me of a gas station with business cards on the wall organized in a homemade board that looked poorly made and dirty. Last time I went to this restaurant 6 years or so ago i could swear i recieved twice as much food as i did this time (still thoroughly hungery afterwards). Ordered the $9.50 mochi balls for desert and only recieved two small balls. The picture in the menu showed a plate of 4. We were disappointed for sure especially knowing how much these are to buy at the store. I'm not one to make reviews like this but for a restaurant charging 30-50 a plate it needs to be said.

I came to Fujiyama for my birthday and I would say I overall had a good experience besides the waiter. The Waiter seemed to have an attitude that day. You could tell he was having a busy day, don't we all. The cook was amazing, awesome attitude. Super kind. He did forget to place the fire at the end:(. That was unfortunate.

We had a great experience at Fujiyama's..our server was excellent..she gave us recommendations for best deal, made sure we had what we needed regarding drink refills, etc..the hibachi chef was the absolute BEST we've ever had..he was so entertaining and our meal was cooked to perfection..He also made sure he included our 8 year ol granddaughter in the fun.. Highly recommend Fujiyama's!!

We went for a triple birthday lunch. We were treated wonderfully. It wasn't real busy and service and food were fantastic.

Our party of 5 arrived on time at 6:30 on a Tuesday. We were seated quickly, then we waited. It was 15 minutes before our waitress came to get our drink order. We were ready to order food by then. We waited an additional 40 minutes before our chef came over. There were only three chefs on for all three tables. Then we were charged 18% because we had 5 in our group but one was a child

Food was too greasy tore up my stomach ordered the best dish they have was not impressed...ps watch for gratuity being added and then check has line for tip...🤔
