Food is bland, left to flounder through our first time, paid way more than this type of food should cost. Tableside service is bare minimum.

Amazing food, fair prices, great service!! I'd recommend the pumpkin slices and handmade noodles!

Broth was nice, but a very small selection of veggies which are also insanely expensive. A small bowl of uncooked white mushrooms for $7?? I’ve had better and cheaper hotpot in San Francisco than here. Plus no dipping sauces. Such a cheap and easy way to improve hotpot

Delicious broth. Fresh ingredients. The booths are uncomfortable to sit in, but the food makes it worth it.

Customer service was phenomenal. The servers were all kind and took the time to explain Hot Pot to this newbie. Something I would absolutely do again!

I’m not going to say anything bad about the place or the food , just good luck GETTING YOUR FOOD! It literally took over 45 minutes to just get the broth out, another 30 minutes to get the beef.. we had to go ask, after another 30 minutes, if they were going to bring out the pork , noodles, and vegetable rolls. They had no clean bowls available and if you think you can ask for another Pepsi, your better off getting in your truck and driving down to Costco… after 2 hours we still haven’t gotten 50% of our order … sorry but on this one no tip
