I’m not going to say anything bad about the place or the food , just good luck GETTING YOUR FOOD! It literally took over 45 minutes to just get the broth out, another 30 minutes to get the beef.. we had to go ask, after another 30 minutes, if they were going to bring out the pork , noodles, and vegetable rolls. They had no clean bowls available and if you think you can ask for another Pepsi, your better off getting in your truck and driving down to Costco… after 2 hours we still haven’t gotten 50% of our order … sorry but on this one no tip

Amazing! The food here is absolutely delicious! I would recommend the Pork Tempura or the Fried Dim Sum Buns! It's also right next to a Baskin Robins so it's the perfect place to eat and then get desert before you go home. 😊

Good food terrible service. My husband surprised me with hot pot for Valentine's Day and I was excited to give it a try! He had made a reservation two days ahead but when we arrived they had lost our reservation and said we would need to wait 30 minutes. We decided it was ok, 30 minutes is not long. An hour and a half later we were finally seated. We then waited, and waited, and waited for a menu. Only after waiting another half hour my husband had to ask and they finally gave us a menu. I felt like the gif was good but not incredible. That with the service being bad is why I only have the two stars.

Absolutely horrible, 122$ for frankly kinda bad food, it wasn’t horrible but definitely not worth the time, patience, and effort, infact the 3% convenience fee to cook our own food was a nail in the coffin. We called a hour and a half ahead of time to make a reservation, when we got there we were told that only one person had made a reservation and he was already there. My name was never written down and they didn’t care that we had called ahead. We were told to wait and ended up waiting over a hour. Once we ordered we had to wait close to a hour and twenty minutes for half of our order presumably because the waitress had forgotten. Never once was the service even mildly acceptable. Never checked on, never even saw a drop of kindness. Infact we were pushed to pay, that was the only time the staff seemed to have emotion. My husband and I were extremely exited to have a hot pot place close by, with good reviews. But I’m sitting here thinking that all of these reviews are fake. Don’t go here, save your money, save your dignity and go somewhere else. I’ve never been this disappointed in such a place and frankly I’m upset I even went here.

My husbands favorite restaurant in all of the tri. The noodles are handmade and the soup has so much flavor.

Good food. Good ambience. Superb service. Prepare to spend 80-100$ if you want beef and pork, noodles and other ingredients. Also that includes appetizer and drinks. All in all it's worth it especially if you're a true hot pot lover at heart. Just simply the best.

Ordered min hotpot which includes 3 meats and 3 veggies; thought they would bring the hotpot with broth, with meat and veggies on the side , ney ney! They cooked everything and brought out in a large bowl, almost like Pho minus the noodles; so that’s not hotpot, hotsoup in large bowl at best!

The miso is actually good , 3.5
Mea: lamb and beef : overcooked , 2
Veggies: tong ho and spinach: overcooked so spinach is almost liquified : 2
