I really want to like this place. When they get it right, the food is great!
This is the third time in a row my call in order is not what I ordered. In the past, I’ve received completely different sandwiches than what I’ve ordered, for instance ordering a pulled pork torta and receiving a veggie torta, they’re not even remotely close.
And if I make any small modifications to a sandwich, like hold the sauce on one sandwich, they either don’t, or remove a different ingredient, or remove things from all my sandwiches, even when asking for one to be made “regular, as-is on the menu”
I’m just disappointed in the frequency this happens. Fast food restaurants haven’t made this many errors on my orders ever in my life. They really need to get it together.

The tomatoe soup and grilled cheese was delicious 😋

I ordered a caprese sandwich. Caprese is mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. The basil is almost non existent in this sandwich. I basically got a mozzarella sandwich. There were only two slices of tomatoes. Oh and the cheap paper the sandwich was wrapped in got super stuck to the cheese and I had to pick all around the sandwich. The person I got lunch with has a more basil flavor on their Chicken Bacon sandwich than my Caprese.

The vibe was as if all the staff had just been scolded by their parents. Very weird and bummer vibe.

All in all a waste of my money. I had tried Graze years ago and was disappointed. They are still disappointing. Darn

It was my first time at Graze, meeting co-workers for lunch. Expecting a large lunch crowed I submitted an order online for pickup. The time I entered for pickup was noon, the response after paying said my order would be ready by 12:20. I called the store and said I wanted it by noon. They said it was in their system and would be ready by 12:05. When I got there just after noon, my food was ready. I waited to about 12:15 before asking about my food. They didn't have my order in their active system. Apparently they got too many order and paused making requested online orders. They were supposed to start making it and another 15 min later they still didn't have my order, while people who came in and ordered got thier food. They eventually pulled a sandwich off the line and gave it to me. Then I got a text at 12:45 saying my food would be ready between 12:20 and 12:25. Then I recieved a text at 1:15 that my order was ready. I probably won't go back. The food wasn't worth the hassle.

Our family loves this spot! The sandwiches are so fresh and delicious. We always stop in on our road trips. We really appreciate having a healthy option that's fast and leaves us feeling good after eating. The drink selections are great too. Highly recommend.

Really enjoy this place. The service was good. We've been to several different locations. As always, the food is great. The place was clean. And as always busy. Highly recommend any of the Grazes in the area
