Don't eat here unless you want a shot of inflammation and clogged arteries.
I called for pickup but I guess you still have to wait in line and wait 20 minutes while everyone else orders even though your food is ready.

Had a yummy sandwhich at Graze when we first arrived in Richland. Varied cafe menu with unique flavor combos. Reasonably priced. Casual eatery.

The sandwich shop is quite popular and always busy, which can make for a hectic atmosphere, especially during peak hours. Despite the rush, the sandwiches themselves are tasty and well-prepared but lacking that much of the cheese in my grilled cheese (I expected more cheese). The salads are amazing especially the Grilled Pair Salad! The standout item, however, is the tomato soup—rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It's the perfect complement to the sandwiches and almost worth the visit on its own. However, the popularity means sometimes a challenge finding a seat but the food was quite fast. If you don’t mind the crowd, the food is worth it!
Vegetarian options: There were almost all vegetarian options for the salads and some for the sandwiches
Parking: There were some parking but it was quite
Kid-friendliness: Yes, with a kids menu

I used to love this location, but lately they’ve been burning their bread in the panini press and using old vegetables and sloppily putting it together. Who ever started working in this location has been really stingy with ingredients too. Graze on gage do it better- they actually care make your sandwich tasty.
I like Graze but they've fallen off recently
Their customer service, especially during the weekdays, is really poor. Their sandwich consistency has dropped off a cliff. I attached photos of their Banh Mi sandwich, which is about as unauthentic as you can get. Not sure if they've given up or are trying to save overhead, but I sure won't be back.

I can't share a photo of my sandwich because I inhale everything I've had from there. I usually get the cold steak sammich, which is really good. Today, because of the heat, I wanted something less filling, so I tried the chickpea salad sandwich. It was SO delicious. Light, but filling, the bread is a perfect pairing for the salad. The sprouts added a nice texture. It may be my new favorite. And, can I talk about their brownies?? I have to stop myself from buying multiples because I can't stop with just one. Consistently a good place to eat.

First time for me at Graze. I was looking for a place where I could get a healthy salad. It did not disappoint. I enjoyed every mouthful. I also got a pastrami sandwich and it too was delicious (not quite as healthy!). I will be back!
