Juan was the very best! Welcomed me and provided excellent customer service! He is wonderful and I highly appreciated his attentive service in offering great diinks and food suggestions-thank you Juan you are a leader in how every restaurant should run in the Tri Cities! 1st time here was not that impressed for the pricing it wasnt anything special the fish was super greasy and when I got home it made my stomach upset , it was cheaper for our family to eat at texas roadhouse or red robin . Service was ok not the best. It just wasnt good quality food for the pricing costed 91$ for family of 3 wont be back

Hot day and friendly service as soon as I hit the bar counter was really appreciated. Waiting for family they poured me an ice cold beer and tall glass of water. Family showed, we were seated immediately, very friendly staff with great food recommendations (Patty Melt 🎯 with the tots). Never a bad meal here and the friendly staff really make this a favorite place for me.

I was sat down and I was not even acknowledged to bring me a a glass of water The waitresses kept ongoing back-and-forth, and nobody even look at me. They just past, like, if I didn't even exist. I don't want to say because i'm hispanic, but I was the only hispanic there. I did not get anything.

Our family is loving Hops n Drops in Richland. The menu is versatile and so yummy. You’ve got to try the chocolate cake for dessert!! It is unbelievably good. The staff works so well together. They are always very friendly and efficient. Please try this fantastic restaurant. You will love it. The prices are great, too.
