“We love five guys, only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because in one our orders they forgot our fries imagine how sad we were to have burgers with no fries?? That’s like Wingstop forgetting the ranch??
We had it delivered so there was nothing we could do.

I called the restaurant for our missing fries and the worker said he’d let his manager know and that the manager would call me back. It’s been like probably 2-3 months now and still no call 😆 oh well we still love five guys.“

“UPDATE: Management answered my review and there has been Root Beer available every visit, even on free root beer float day!!Love the Tuesday Papa burger deal and drive thru nearly every week but the last four times they have been out of root beer for the night. Staff is friendly and apologized but maybe extra root beer should be made on Tuesday considering the special includes a drink“

“Picking up an Uber Eats order the manager on duty was very rude and grabbed the phone from my hand as I was checking the order, then proceeded to tell me “ do my job then “ (approve the order) and I informed him that I know my job and he had no right to touch my phone or tell me my job. Then he proceeded to rate my service unsatisfactory which lowered my score and will cost me trips… $ money $“
