This location has always had great customer service. They do very well at making drinks also. I order the same thing everytime and the quality is delivered the same everytime. Wasted my time and gas for nothing, wanted a bowl and they really said “ we actually cant do that” said they were out of ingredients and they closed in 10 minutes, why is the open sign still on then… like hello not the employees just being on their phone with their bags on and everything and still on then clock.

This Jamba location was great, only a little cramped during a rush but the employees, Ethan and Eliza handled it great and were very fast with their service. Ethan and Eliza were very respectful and efficient with taking our orders, I would definitely come back to this location again.

I love Jamba but the employees tonight ? I came In half hour before closing and ordered a peanut butter mood... handed over cash and the girl at the cash register looks at the other girl and asks umm are we taking cash? She responds NO! (I'm assuming you counted your till early and didn't want to redo it)The cashier tells the girl making the smoothie don't use the scoop for the peanut butter, just a spoon. (Assuming you washed the utensilsand didnt want to rewash) so she stands there laughing as she tries to scoop p.b. w/ a plastic spoon... none made it to my smoothie.. it tastes like bananas & ice blended together. I can't even finish it, it's horrible. And to think I paid almost $10 for it, what a shame

Queens gate Richland Washington I ordered the large Orange dream and ordered it split cup I got way less than what large cup would have been, both cups for only 3/4 of the way full plus a little more.. I normally order the large cup not split I will do that from now on, extremely dissatisfied , since the price is so high , also they were runny !!! Queens gate in Richland Wa. is only 5 minutes from my house and they were extremely runny, not thick at all !!!!
