My experience at Jersey Mike’s in Richland was nothing short of terrible. I went in as a military member expecting the courtesy of their advertised military discount, which I have received at countless other Jersey Mike’s locations. When I showed my military ID, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the supposed manager. He dismissed my request and told me this location doesn’t honor the corporate policy on military discounts unless I’m in uniform a rule I’ve never encountered anywhere else.
The atmosphere was incredibly unwelcoming, and I felt treated with complete disregard simply for asking about the discount. This store seems to operate with no respect for corporate standards or even basic customer service. The rude and dismissive attitude of the manager made it clear that they’re doing whatever they want, regardless of how it reflects on Jersey Mike’s brand.
I would strongly advise anyone, especially military members, to avoid this location. If you’re looking for a business that truly respects its customers, go elsewhere. This place does not value or appreciate its patrons, and the atmosphere reflects that.

The 3 men that close last night 6/29/24 were amazing!!!. I cannot tell you how nice it was to have good genuine customer service and just being organically polite. I did realize it got late I only eat Jersey Mike's since Georgia. I call the one in Kennewick, WA at 8:30pm and they did not answer phone. I called again at 8:34 still no answer. I forgot there was one even closer to me. I call at 8:36pm and I said I know you guys are closing soon is it too late to make me 2 sandwiches. Without hesitation he said yes no problem. We will wait on you to get here. I got there about 5 minutes to closing my sandwiches were done pack and ready to go!!. They greeted me with politeness that even though they were about to close was all smiles. I will NOT make the mistake of going to the Kennewick one again. This Richland location is top notch!! Thank you guys!! I really appreciate it more than you know. ?

Previously, I bought a giant Philly Chicken Steak at the Kennewick location and loved it. Such satisfaction has been difficult from someone like me who was born and lived most of my life in Philadelphia.However, on Saturday, May 4th, I purchased a giant Philly Chicken Cheese steak, along with a tuna wrap, from Richland's Queensguate location and was completely dissatisfied.Not only was the small amount of meat provided inadequate, but I couldn't tell whether the fried onions I ordered with the sandwich was included.Obviously, this was the last time I will go to Jersey Mike's in Richland.

Today for lunch I decided to try out Jersey Mikes. I was welcomed by a great environment and an awesome staff. One of the employees helped me pick out the 13, which was delicious. After today I will never touch another sub sandwich unless it’s from Jersey Mikes.
The manager is the epitome of trash. She's overbearing, cruel and an all-around knuckle-dragger of an individual. I'm no fortune teller but I see this person living a lonely and miserable life at the end of her days. She treats her employees like cattle and has the quintessential feel of someone who feels like the world owes her something. Spend your money elsewhere. Trust me.
