I am super picky about my coffee, at home I have my own grinder and machine, and custom roast beans. This place is not only friendly and helpful, but their coffee is very good! It was such a pleasure to meet them and all the way home enjoy the coffee. I am only sorry that I didn't get a crepe. The breakfast crepes looked amazing!!

I had a great experience here! The food is amazing and the drinks are super rich. Definitely recommend to anyone. I'd say it's worth a detour even. Noah had great customer service and is a super awesome dude. Thanks Noah!

We (6) Sunday brunch out on the patio. I personally never went inside. Orders are placed at the counter, get a beeper, and take your food to your table. I enjoyed my breakfast and everyone else seemed satisfied.

The food & drink menu is diverse and fun! There is plenty of seating both inside and out. Very clean and comfortable. The service was absolutely fantastic with our cashier giving us great recommendations! Definitely the go-to spot!

I liked the interior of this place, many cozy lamps on the ceiling create a calming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the savory crepe (Monte Cristo) was not so tasty. But the attitude of the friendly staff is very pleasant.
I will definitely come back and try something else)

We waited a whole year to come back here. Still delicious, still making a great honey bun latte, still great service. Well worth the wait!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! The service is always great and the crepes are amazing, the best in town!! It's our favorite place for crepes in the Tri-Cities.

Love the crepes so much. Good service too. However, the last 2 times wife and I have been to Kagen’s we’ve been hit up by homeless for money. There is actually a homeless camp being set up along side of their sidewalk
Not ideal for wanting a nice relaxing date with wife. Hope Uptown can get a grip on the camping.

If we could give 100 stars, we would!
This crepery is an absolute gem. The food? every bite was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of charm — the kind of place you don’t want to leave. And the service? Truly exceptional. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. This place is a must-visit, again and again and again. Highly, highly recommend!💞
It’s a bit pricey in my opinion, but the crepes are good. We got the breakfast in bed and the berry one. The berry crepe is delicious. Very cute little casual spot, counter service only.
Love this place. It feels very community centered and has delicious drinks and crepes!
