Went in for a quick lunch to take home. Got one of the specials, 6x chicken, 2x large sides and biscuits $20 making it very affordable compared to some of the other buckets. Everything was hot and there where no complaints from the family.

I ordered a 8 piece double mash with 4 biscuits it was suppose to be legs and thighs I got one thigh and the rest were legs . They gave me no napkins or butter or honey thus place has gone down hill . They always tell me to pull in the front and they'll bring my food out . There never prepared. This place sucks.

Understaffed and glacially slow. Possibly the slowest “fast food” service I’ve ever experienced. I cancelled the order out of rage after waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes after placing it (and that was after waiting 15 to order). I only ordered for two people. The manager on duty was really chill about it though. Usually I blame management but I gotta be real, the employees suck. Aimlessly wandering around and doing very little, if any, real work. Food is decent at least.

When we witnessed the lady wait on us with gloves on. Take our money, with the same gloves on. Then grab the tater tots and shredded cheese with the same gloves, put her hands on her hips, touch her ear peice, and do the same thing with the next people. We were pissed 😤. Thats how some many germs are spread. KFC you need to make your employees aware of cross contamination.

Just don’t even bother coming here at night chicken is hours old dry as a bone they forgot half my order and are out of half there menu and the crew are walking around like they just are oblivious to life I swear these kids are higher then Willie Nelson up in there

This was by far one of our worse experiences. There was no ice in the machine out front and the soda was flat.
The mashed potatoes had a gray hue to them. The chicken sandwiches had 1 small drop of mayo on them so they were VERY dry. My husband had to wait an additional 10 mins after the rest of us received our food before he got his and that was only because he went & asked about it.
The employees were LLC walking around on their phones. One of them was walking around with a towel on his head. The womens bathroom could really use an actual cleaning.

Horrible service, the chicken strips were mangled and much smaller than usual (looked like they were half eaten). the rootbeer freeze barely had enough ice cream to change the color of the rootbeer and it was pure liquid. They got our order wrong and gave us 3 large mashed potatoes and gravy when we asked for 1 of them along with 2 mac and cheese. do not recommend.
