. I ordered my food. I got to the window and she refused to take my payment. She said that she would not accept cash. I was here last weekend and paid with cash and they accepted the cash last weekend so I’m not really sure why this weekend they’re not accepting any cash. I’m really disappointed and you guys just lost a customer and I’ll make sure to tell everybody that I know, especially all my followers on Instagram, which is 30,000 by the way, not to come to this KFC . Who turns away a customer absolutely ridiculous

Horrible service. They forgot gravy for my mashed potatos even though I spent $36 on a family meal. I live to far to drive back and was offered only the missing gravy instead of any compensation for my time and business. Never again will I come here. And I will never recommend this KFC.

Food and promptness was good for me, maybe got lucky compared other reviews. Only reason for 4 star is because the bathroom was obvious that it wasn't checked on every 30 mins, as the sign stated... the bathroom was a 4 star at best. I'll still come again anyways.

Had lunch at KFC ,the employee that took our order was great, but the chicken was awful! Didn't taste anything like the KFC chicken we use to get. It was tough and tasteless. Woud'nt have known it was KFC chicken. Won't go back.

Whenever you go to a fast food place you don’t really expect much. I went to kfc and this kid Adam brought out my order and he was super nice and had good customer service. You could tell he takes his job seriously and it’s nice to actually have a good fast food experience for once.
Should be a Zero star review. I made an online order last night and never received confirmation that my food was ready so after 10 minutes of placing the order I decided to just head to the restaurant. I arrived at the kfc at 10pm and there was a party going on in the parking lot. I looked inside and saw that the chairs were up inside the restaurant and the door was locked despite the signs (and google) saying they were open til 11pm. I drove around to the drive through to see if it was open but nope, noone there. I ended up calling the number on the mobile order sign in the parking lot and someone named Aiden picked up the phone and told me he was the only one there and that he was unable to get my order ready. He explained that due to labor laws, the majority of the work force could not work past 10pm due to their age and that I could pick up my food the next day. Keep in mind that online and the signs on their door mention they were supposed to be open til 11pm. I took Aiden’s word for it and today I came in during my lunch break to pickup my order. When I came home and opened the bag, we noticed they only gave us literally half of our order. I honestly had faith they were going to make it right as the location is a 20 minute drive from my house. Aiden previously told me I would even get extra items for my inconvenience. Yes, I should have checked my food before I left but I was in a time crunch due to my work and had trusted they would not screw me over again. Well it happened and I’m never going back to this location ever again. This place is poorly managed and customer service is non existent. I love KFC and this location is a stigma to the company name. Do better, people. EDIT: Kudos to KFC online customer service. I was issued a refund today.
