Online listed as closing at 10. My wife drives 25 minutes to get there at 9:45 to surprise the kids for the morning. Nope. Closed. She was told by an employee “we are closing early because it’ll be a busy day tomorrow.” Thanks. But not really. The owner of this location should be ashamed of this behavior by the employees. Very unprofessional and poor business practices.

It actually amazes me how terrible the customer service is here. I always order holiday themed donuts for my children and they NEVER have the holiday box. NEVER have the order. Go to pick them up it’s always “we have no order under your name” until they’re shown the order confirmation. The holiday donuts have started looking so bad I feel like it has to be a joke. Like…. They can’t be serious. My 6 year old could do a better job.

The reason we come here is the doughnuts. As always the doughnuts are good just what you'd expect from Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately the past few times I've been in there has been no greeting at the door. Despite being the only customers in the store at the time. 2 of the employees could be heard talking about how drunk they got that weekend and one was "to high too function" this is just something that should be done away from where customers might see or hear.

I recently went to pick up my order and it was very sad to see this employee carrying 3 bags full of donuts to the dumpster when there is many homeless people around them! I was shocked to see that, I was going to asked at least for one bag so I can leave them to the homeless but it was embarres to ask for that’ please don’t trough food to the garbage donate it to those people around who’s cold and hungry! Dupertail street Richland !
