This place is the worst! Terrible food and terrible service and I am pretty sure the workers are stoned most of the time. There is no menu for Long John Silver at the drive through and workers don’t even know what they have. Every time I get food from this place I swear I will never do it again. This last time we left the drive through without even ordering. I am seriously done with it.

Found what I believe to be a piece of rubber glove in my burrito. These people need to lay off the dope and take pride in their job. I'm glad I opened it up before I bit into it

I don’t understand running a joint fast food where only one of the options is available via drive thru. Waste of time and gas.

Ate there yesterday. I'm dying inside today. Nothing else to say. Stomach was cranky before I even left lot but today I may not leave the house.

The food was OK to good. We had fish, shrimp and coleslaw. The atmosphere was atrocious. Music so loud they couldn't hear our order and we couldn't understand them. All the tables were dirty. The tarter sauce and cocktail sauce were both empty. I had to ask them to fill them. The service was poor because she couldn't hear us and she was apparently new and didn't know how to add a piece of fish to the order. She was going to ask someone several times but finally figured it out because no one had time to help her. It took less time to get our food than to order.

No one seemed to know what to do or how to do things like take an order. The tables were dirty, gross, and sticky. The music was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. Louder than any bar or club I have ever been in. Food was barely edible. All in all, a very bad experience.

My client and I went to this establishment and the items that were on the web page they did not have. That should have been a red flag, but we were hungry, so we ordered. We got the fish with waffle fries and hush puppies, I also got shrimp with mine and a side of popcorn shrimp. The fries were cold and barely cooked. The fish was super crunchy but still acceptable. The hush puppies were disgusting. My shrimp seemed like it had been under a warmer for hours, and the breading was like shoe leather. The popcorn shrimp, on the other hand was really good. I brought the cole slaw home and it had so much vinegar in it I couldn't eat it. Hope other Long John Silvers are better than this one.

Tasty food. The chicken and shrimp were my favorites. The hush puppies were good too.

Tonight was the third time we ate at the Long John Silver's side of this establishment. The fish and the hush puppies are very good, the rotten wood chips they call French fries are disgusting and when they give you the proper amount of cold slaw it's fine.
The workers are friendly enough however they really need to hire people who can both speak and comprehend English, that was the worst part of this place. They simply couldn't understand what we order and have yet to get our order correct, even after trying to explain what the error was they just couldn't understand.

Don't waste your money ordering here. I've never, not once, gotten my food right. Each time it's a whole new screw-up. From giving me the wrong menu item, to giving me someone else's order, to not giving me everything in my order, to even dumping the contents of a burrito into a bowl because they were out of tortillas.

This last time I was desperate and in a rush so I ordered, and the food was burnt black on the outside and still cold in the middle!

They messed up my order, so I took it back. They took the food I had already bitten off of and put it back on their grill. This is not sanitary, and it violates health safety standards. I don't know what they were thinking, but I reported this. So nasty, I can't believe this.
