LU LU Craft Bar + Kitchen

We ate outside. Wasn't too loud and the people watching was so fun with all the boats and jet skis coming off the water at the end of the day. Food and drinks were top notch.

Calamari is excellent! The pimento cheese/bacon jam burger is delicious, even without a bun which I requested. It was a busy day but our server was as attentive as she could be considering how many tables she served. I have eaten there several times and felt it was just okay....yesterday was a great experience, start to finish and looking forward to my next visit.

Great view and good atmosphere. Quality of the Filet Mignon was not as high as other restaurants but still ok.

Lunch was fine, but none of us were wow-ed with the food or the service. Three of us had the clubhouse. It was fine. The fries were bland, somewhat limp. Others had the colesaw and that seems to have been a better choice.

Hands-down, my favorite place to enjoy happy hour in the Tri-Cities! Beautiful deck, and if you’re lucky enough to be on it on a warm day, they bring extra umbrellas and even turn on misters! The food is excellent, And our server, Paige, was amazing and anticipated every need with a smile, including recommending a salad that would pair best with the wine I ordered. Highly recommend!

We came to LU LU on a recommendation from the car rental company in Richland, and were pleasantly surprised by the patio dining experience. There’s a nice view of the water and a small public beach.

Paige waited on us and was very attentive during our dining experience and suggested that we try the steelhead dinner. The fish was beautifully cooked and accompanied by asparagus and potatoes — a nice complement. I had the ahi tuna burger (without the cheese) and enjoyed every bite.

LU LU had a great atmosphere, wonderful service, and delicious food. We would happily return.

Paige was fabulous and the food was just perfect! A nice place with a great atmosphere.

Unfortunately had a pretty lousy experience last night. Planned on going to sit outside in the patio which was nice. After ordering our drinks came right away and we're pretty good, but the food took forever to arrive. The appetizers were ok, but then had to wait another very long time for our mains to arrive. At first we thought the kitchen was just backed up, but when the food finally arrived it was cold and soggy. The steak noodle salad had wilted lettuce some noodles were crispy and others were soggy. The fish and chips was almost inedible due to being too salty and the fries were also too salty but also cold and soggy. Lastly the steak was also cold. Finally one in our party had also ordered a Caesar salad and it never came. We were very disappointed and don't plant to go back again. Too bad!

Come here every year for my husband bday Nd we love it. We always end up with the same server and she's great!

Whenever my family or friends and I visit the Tri-Cities; we always have lunch or dinner at Lu Lu restaurant. The food is 4+ stars with delicious drinks and an amazing outdoor view of the water and mountains. Great place to relax and make memories.
