LU LU Craft Bar + Kitchen

We had the Fish and Chips with the fried zucchini as an appetizer and a Cesar Salad. The zucchini was delicious and the fish was golden and crispy. The only remark is the fries could have been more crisp. They were a bit soft. Everything else was great. The waitress was very attentive and helpful.

The food and service at the table was amazing! Our server was very attentive and kind. We had reservations and waited for over 20 minutes and I had to ask what was going on, they were seating parties that were showing up after us. They did not ask us, they just let us sit there. Once I spoke to one of the hosts she informed me she already sat another party under my reservation and would see what she could do? The host stand workers were not a good first impression. Beyond that, it was great!

Food was very good. Staff were very responsive . The server made the dining experience most delightful. She was very helpful, her presence was great and very kind indeed. Being an older person, the noise made it difficult for conversation. Great people and food.

Great brunch! The chicken and waffles were great! Wish they had pasta on brunch menu! Great otherwise!

Very nice environment with a river view. Very friendly service. There are many great menu options but their steelhead is the best salmon that I have ever tasted.

Great early dinner. Both had steaks and cooked perfectly. Service was quick, and our server was excellent.

It is a family-owned restaurant with excellent service and great-tasting food. You can tell they take pride in the place.

I have been coming to Lu Lu every time I visit WSUTC and it is always my first and favorite place to go. This was the first time I had the opportunity to sure my favorite TC spot and this is now our department go to spot in Richland. Thank you for being just as amazing now as when I first visited in 2015.

Well. They have gotten a lot better. Staff is always balls to the wall busy. Good food. I don’t drink while I’m out so I don’t know about that service. It’s clean. It’s good. One of the better in the region. Fish and chips. Burgers. Salads.
11/9/24 got the Rueben. If you like Rueben’s don’t get this one. Disappointed to say the least. The “house corned beef” was not appetizing. Huge runs of fat. It tasted more like ham than corned beef. And the braised pickled cabbage on there was nah…. No go. One bite. Scraped it all off. Nasty. Super salty. The Louise sauce or whatever they called it was not really good. And the bread was not grilled. Toasted. Nothing.
Wife got a lettuce wrap burger. It was fine. Service was good. Not busy.

The food here is absolutely the best.Staff is quick to assist with all your needs.

The food was so good!! And the bottomless mimosas were also bomb ????? our waiter was attentive and on it, we never waited for anything. I believe his name was Derrick. Food within 15 mins of sitting down and drinks within 5, brunch staff is onnnn it compared to dinner staff. Highly recommend the chicken fried steak, it was the best I’ve had in awhile ?

I came in to Lu Lu Thursday night to have dinner. I originally sat at a table and had a server, she had no knowledge of the menu, and kept saying she was new. After dinner I went to the bar and a girl with tattoos served me, and was super sweet. Even thou it was ten min to close she still served me. Answered all the questions I had previously. Was going to do a 2 star review, but after moving to bar, I'll give it 5 stars. She was so sweet, and didn't rush me to leave. When I go to eat I like the interaction. She made great conversation. Will be back but will sit at the bar this time for dinner.
