Drive thru attendant did not put the lid of my coffee on securely, and it spilled into my car and down the side of my car. She apologized and I went on my way, but I realize that the coffee wasn't even what I ordered. I went into the store to have them remake it and asked for compensation since I was now going to have to go get my car cleaned. All I got from the manager was a bunch of attitude. They did remake the coffee, but I'm way more upset about the fact that I now have to go get my car cleaned inside and out from the coffee they spilled in it. They wouldn't even give me a number to call

A very small but busy McDonald’s. There are very few places to dine in here. Coded bathrooms are a mystery to me here but nonetheless a requirement for them, and they won’t just give you the code - you have to wait for someone to unlock them for you. Also, service inside seems crazy slow but the drive thru is highly efficient and recommended.

Classic McDonalds. Nothing above or below expectations. Been going enough to say they are very consistent. Breakfast is always hot and my orders have never had a mistake except with nugget sauce once. And that was just mixed sauce when I asked for 1 specific flavor. I got 2 of the specific and 1 other flavor for 20 nuggets. So not a big deal.

The bathrooms were locked and I didn't get my receipt in the drive thru- that I just went thru-- so they wouldn't give me the code to the door :/

In contrast to the McDonalds on George Washington Way, I was offered assistance with confusion over the billing of the value meal items here. We experienced the same issues with the order but the fellow was capable of resolving them. One explanation offered was that the discount would only show after the order was completed. That turned out to be false. He determined that the number of burgers was doubled in the process by the application inflating the cost. In addition the discount price for value meal items was not being used in the computation.

He figured it out and I have the receipt to prove it. The cashier at the George Washington store was rude and the "manager" was ignorant of the rude behavior and didn't want to hear about it.

Took forever, there was at least 15 employees and only 4 were actually working. The rest were all in a circle just talking and laughing, while the front was full of people waiting to order and waiting to get there orders. Everyone that was waiting on an order had their food already made it was just sitting in the kitchen in a pile of food with no employees handing out the orders. Complete bs
