In contrast to the McDonalds on George Washington Way, I was offered assistance with confusion over the billing of the value meal items here. We experienced the same issues with the order but the fellow was capable of resolving them. One explanation offered was that the discount would only show after the order was completed. That turned out to be false. He determined that the number of burgers was doubled in the process by the application inflating the cost. In addition the discount price for value meal items was not being used in the computation.
He figured it out and I have the receipt to prove it. The cashier at the George Washington store was rude and the "manager" was ignorant of the rude behavior and didn't want to hear about it.

Took forever, there was at least 15 employees and only 4 were actually working. The rest were all in a circle just talking and laughing, while the front was full of people waiting to order and waiting to get there orders. Everyone that was waiting on an order had their food already made it was just sitting in the kitchen in a pile of food with no employees handing out the orders. Complete bs

Ordered a cheeseburger plain and it still had onions on it. Ok no problem I can remove them. What bothered me was that they allowed a dog inside the building. I'm not coming here again. Nothing was said to the couple that brought in the dog.

2 times in a row, I've gone here and had issues 😡 they told me i had to get a refund through the app but marked my order as complete, so i wasn't able to get my refund. I had to drive back to the store where they gave me "2.79 for the free fries you would have gotten" Bunch of idiots. Wasted my time AND gas to be given 2.79 for the issues

Food quality poor fries cold and soggy. Quarter pounder was over salty. Service was not great even tho it wasn’t busy. Almost gave me someone else’s order. Maybe should’ve taken it over my order which wasn’t great. Disappointed!

Don’t come unless you want them to get your order wrong
The food and place is ok but the service is horrible. We had to wait for at least 30 min for them to take our order, even some other customers were mad that they weren’t doing anything and just were talking in the back. They even messed up some of our orders and other people’s. I would just want to say don’t go to this Mc Donald’s I would rather drive 10 min to an other Mc Donald’s than this one.
