Waited 45 minutes for my food . And they weren’t even that busy and when I got it ..it was cold like they let it just sit back there for all that time and the French fries were hard

Breakfast is starting to be smaller and smaller but prices are staying the same. Burritos were tiny same with the hot cakes they were significantly smaller than they have been in the past. I would rather pay more and get a real meal than to have a skimped over priced product I will not be going for breakfast anymore. I’ve been going regularly for years and will be ending my morning trips there along with the fact the manager tried to gas light me and say they’ve always been this small but in the same sentence said that they got new wrap sizes. Also they had me waiting for about 15 mins for the hot cakes which upset me as well.

I hate this McDonald’s I will officially drive out of my way to go to the one by Fred Meyer, but the one on Geo Way is my favorite because there’s never any problems. I can’t order quarter pounders from this location anymore because they are just always undercooked and greasy and apparently, if you don’t speak Spanish, you can’t order either. And now the app isn’t work?!? Oh hell no.

They messed up my order, so they had to remake it. No big deal at that point. But once I took the new bag home, I looked at my burger, and it was pink. I had to cook it at home.

Half the parking spots are for mobile pickup (they’re empty 24/7), the food takes forever to come out, there was a beetle crawling around inside, and they are prone to messing up orders.

Don’t ever come here during lunch hours!! Insane!!
In the Drive-Through we all sat in line for almost 20 mins, and when I paid and pulled up to the next window, then they tell you to go park out front, and that took another 17 mins for me to get my food! And I had to go inside to ask! Another customer told me it’s always like this here. And the fries they gave me are barley warm. I’ll never come back here again. Go to the McDonald’s on Steptoe Dr in Kennewick.

First off I couldn’t use the codes off my app for whatever reason and they wouldn’t honor my rewards . Second I get 2 sundaes and they not even half full, when I go back to say something they put even less and say that’s the new standard . $6 got 2 spoon fulls of icecream

Check your food! Everytime I go to this McDonald's they miss something in my order. This time they missed 4 fries that went with meals!! Make that make sense! HOW DO FORGET THE ONE THING EVERYONE COMES FOR?????? These young kids don't read and pay attention to anything. They just do whatever. Theyre so stuck on their phones and using vape pens that it has gone directly to their brains with no return!! They either need new management or better employees because at this point, I'll drive 20 minutes to get better service! The last time I went, they gave me a fish sandwich that looked like they threw it on the ground and gave it to me! Discussing! I emailed corporate but they could careless. So I'll let everyone on here know, CHECK ALL YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

I think the meat on my burger had been sitting in the drawer for a while because it definitely was stiff and not fresh. Fries were cold which was weird. But staff was cool and restaurant was clean and fresh.
