This location looks like it doesn't know how to clean anything, including where the food ingredients are located. Ingredients spilled over in other ingredients. Customers stick their arms and hands over the barrier and point down into the food. If you don't mind the potential for contamination, the food does taste great once it's cooked.

My family and I come to this location all the time. We always enjoy our pizzas and salads! Justin the manager is always amazing and treats us so well. We love watching his service with other customers as well. This location is always our go to mod!

We won't return to this Mod. We are big Mod fans but the Richland Mod is sub par. Dirty dining room, dirty food prep area and FILTHy bathrooms, just ok pizza. We arrived at 8pm on 8/3 and they had closed all the lemonade (and much of the seating) down bc they said they need to close by 10. it was still quite busy so not sure of that logic. If closing and clocking out on time is a priority they might get a head start by cleaning the bathrooms - not using closing (in 2 hours) as an excuse for poor customer service. Employees probably need more supervision and training.

I ordered 2 build my own pizza. The female associate didnt smile, make eye contact and no conversation other than if I kept asking for more amounts of cheese, ham and pineapple she would have to charge me for another pizza. I was floored. I thought build your own meant build your own. I had asked for extra crispy crust and both were not cooked enough. I would not go back again because of the female assist after getting the pizzas undercooked again, we are done.

The food was good, the service is decent and the cleanliness is alright. Some of the prep cooks need to change their gloves more often when handling different foods or use the utensils so they don't cross contaminated the ingredients.
Really disappointed because I doordashed and the pizza wasn't cooked, everything was raw... I asked for extra crispy too... this is not ok. First time doordashing mod. NEVER AGAIN!

Someone needs to educate the staff at both Richland Queensgate and pasco about food handling, cleanliness and changing gloves. The prep area was nasty and there were hardly any vegetables and meat in the bins. They were running back and forth trying to find toppings. Never once was the gloves changed while we were standing in line by any staff making pizza. They were touching dirty dishes, garbage, money, register, and then made the pizza! Ugh🤮 I seen the main lady put olive oil on a mod pizza dough and rub it in with the palm of her glove after touching dirty things. They are going to get someone sick. We left without ordering. It was gross. Clean up your workstations. There shouldn’t be food everywhere except in the bins where it should be
