I just wanted to send a big THANK YOU to your team member Chase who helped to make lunch for a couple co-workers and myself. We were traveling out of town and looking for something healthy and fresh for lunch. Chase made the experience so delightful I have been wanting to go back! I appreciate that he took the time to not only make our orders the way we wanted it, but that he also made a wonderful recommendation for a salad dressing I had never tried, and it really made my meal pop! Food was good but the female manager on staff is very blatantly rude to her staff and to customers. Not sure if she is having a bad day but I watched her roll her eyes to a staff member. The vibe was definitely stiff and quiet. There was one guy, green shirt, who was still putting on great customer service even with that going on.

Incredibly slow.I like Mod, I like their products and I have always enjoyed their atmosphere but this way of service will definitely make me reconsider going in for a quick meal.I almost left before I even started because there were two families in front of me, and those seemed to be taking uncharacteristically long to process.There was one employee serving in store customers. Taking orders, making the whole pizza, and cashing them out.While my pizzas were being made, two employees stood talking to one another. Then, they both started taking down the station for call-in orders.It seems like they are working in stations and not necessarily working in collaboration.By the time I had finished getting my three pizzas made, there was a line of about 10 customers behind me.Once I got my pizzas made, things seemed to process quickly, normal for Mod.

Awesome food they make it right in front of you pretty sure it's a wood fired oven cause the crust has thar wood fired burn. Hey its hard keeping those at the perfect temp, why don't you try go and try you newb.

I got a pizza delivered through door dash. Got about half way through it and realized there was hair or bones in some meat, it was sticking out. I picked it up with my finger and was like mush. I stopped eating it of course and called and told them what happened. Chase said he was very sorry and would make me a new pizza if I could go pick it up. So I picked it up. Chase told me it was the anchovies when I walked in.Chase was very apologetic and carie was apologetic as well. They made it rite with the customer service for sure but I lost my appetite after that. I wish I could post pictures.

I always come here. Today there was a new guy's doing the pizza. He was the only one actually moving. The rest of the workers looked upset and they were moving very slow. It was crazy negative vibeLike always food was great.
Came in 30m b4 closing, was the only patron in store.A manager came in right after I ordered and made himself a pizza. He kept pushing my pie around in the oven, so perhaps his would cook faster? Consequently, my pizza wasnt thoroughly cooked... I betcha his was, though!

I have only ordered from MOD pizza once last weekend. I used to work pizza and I found it very strange I was yelling at the phone to speak to a representative to order a pizza from a person as it’s all automated and they outsource their work. People in the store do not take their own orders unless you go in and order which I found frustrating. The lady that took my order from whichever outside service they use I had to walk her through my order as she wasn’t confirming anything I was looking for (size, type of crust ect), the typical questions asked. The food honestly wasn’t good, I would much rather eat Papa Murphy’s and take and bake my own pizza for the better quality. I will say the staff in the store was very nice and the store looked good for dine in, but based on my experience and the quality of the food I won’t eat here again.

Best MOD location, super clean and very friendly staff. Our pizza maker Ethan was friendly and had great suggestions to make my pizza over the top delicious. I never would have tried this combo without his suggestions. I had an Italian sausage, mushroom, Asiago cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, diced tomato, and oregano with pesto sauce.
