My son is in the hospital with a brain injury and we were looking for a closer coffee place. This one is amazing and the workers and customers are so uplifting and friendly! I love that they play great Christian music! Highly…highly recommend this awesome coffee house!!

Relaxing cafe, friendly staff, and a beverage menu that covers the standards and some quirky idiosyncratic twists.

I thought I would try this place out instead of my usual coffee shop because it is conveniently close to my work. There was one person in front of me and two people behind the counter. The person in front of me got his pastry and coffee and paid. The one girl was making coffees and the one who helped the gentleman in front of me turned around after he paid and started cutting up avocados. I stood there for almost two minutes waiting for someone to either help me or at least acknowledge me. Both had made eye contact with me as the gentleman in front of me was being helped so they knew I was there. Neither happened so I left.

I enjoyed my plain avocado toast and 25% vanilla latte. Unique atmosphere. Friendly and fast service. The coffee (or whatever it is) menu on the wall is confusing as it's just names of random objects or something.

Busy shop, which is great to see as supporting a quality local business is important to me. I usually buy coffee and breakfast items for my customers several times a month. I come in around 8am with a list of 8-10 drinks and food items. I get a cappuccino to drink while I wait for the rest of the order, which I can’t finish as they have completed the order quickly, accurately, and at a busy time of the morning. At the same time staff are all friendly and insure that the order is accurate and done with quality in mind. A plus is the unique and comfortable atmosphere of the shop. I highly recommend Novel coffee!

This place is adorable and so Inviting! When you go enough, they know you by name and your f you don’t you feel like they do. Their reward program is amazing! Coupons all the time!!!

My favorite place in the Tri-Cities for coffee meet-ups! The atmosphere is nice and mellow, and the music isn't too loud or overwhelming. I love stopping in for their avocado toast and haven't had a drink I didn't like.
