Good service and employees. Usually enjoy a bowl with white rice and orange chicken. Decided to try the new shrimp and rice meal and there was literally 3 pieces of meat and the rice was so soggy. It was disappointing.

I was so excited to get some honey shrimp and I noticed the drive through was taking forever. So then I went inside and figured out why the drive through was so slow. I encountered the dumbest teens in my life it took three of them to take my order cause they just couldn’t figure out I wanted a small shrimp box. They need to stay in school cause I felt dumber just talking to them. I was going to order more but the fact they couldn’t even get me my shrimp I just gave up and left.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. The Express was moderately busy and seemed understaffed by 1 person. My choices were available and well done . Most memorable was my encounter with Aiofe, a server who responded to my request but taking it in order. She worked quickly, efficiently, smiling with each encounter. I am a local employer and work with the public and she represents the ideal employee. In hiring i have, sadly found a shortage of this type of individual.
Everyone is always so nice and the lobby is also always so clean despite them being busy bees in kitchen all day. The food is also ALWAYS fresh and they run like a well oiled machine together on the makeline. Fave panda for sure

I did stop by at a busy time & got my order very quick considering the long drive thru line and a shorter line inside. Ordering my food went good, one younger lady was fairly sweet, but when I asked her about her opinion on the flavored drinks she didn’t answer. When I asked for soy sauce she didn’t answer, so I thought she must not have heard me. I asked again and still no answers but she didn’t answer turn around, got the soy sauce, put it in the bag and said have a nice night. While she seemed pleasant enough, you have to have some kind of interaction when asked about your products. The food was great! The drive thru did get helped much quicker than those inside. When I walked in there were 6 cars waiting, when I walked out, no cars.

Good food, but they are routinely “out” of entrees and give you the option of waiting for it to cook or picking something you didn’t initially want. If you do wait, it always takes way longer for it to come out than they said it would, and when it does come out they start serving it to people who were in line behind you while your food gets cold and you get old. Doesn’t seem very well managed
