Second time they messed up my order at the same panda. First time I got a two plate entree only had one side filled with meat, this time I ordered Beijing beef with Kung Pao chicken and they gave me beef and broccoli.... I don't live close by and this isn't hard to understand and get right. You had one job!

Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. Only ordered 1 bowl and a 2 entree. The nerve of waiting 30 minutes i called the manager and asked what is going on and he said there was an issue processing a payment with insufficient funds. How the heck is that going to take 30 minutes to solve? Apart from that RJ the manager told me he was getting the food ready as we were speaking. Comes to find out they tell me to park on the side that the food is going to take another 5 minutes hahaha and i said i was going to stay where i was at since i waited so long i honestly felt like they weren’t going to even bring the food at that point. And the manager RJ told me if i did not move he was going to call the police on me and tow my vehicle! Could not believe it lol manager does not understand the customer side of things not at all should honestly not even be a manager. Calling corporate that was straight unacceptable.

Waited over 10 minutes in a dirty lobby to order. They were out of super greens so I was told by the manager it would be a 5 minute wait. He proceeded to prepare the rest of my plate until it passed it off to another worker. The other worker placed my food under the heating lamp towards the cash register. After waiting waiting for 15 minutes, I went to the register area to ask but none of the workers addressed my presence even though many of them made eye contact with me. After I hit the 20 minute mark, I went straight to the manager who was still working the line to ask what the deal was with my supergreens. He told me it would be another 2 minutes. Once I received my order, all my protein was cold. Didn’t even get an apology or anything.

I went through the drive-through, I paid, they asked me to pull into a parking spot to bring out my food. I waited 25 minutes for one bowl and one plate. Not until I was about to go inside to get a refund, did they bring my food out to me.

If the name on my receipt is correct, Natalea was amazing. She took my order and while I ate I overheard her assisting an older gentleman who was hard of hearing. She was patient and kind with him all the way through.

The last time I will go there.

Wanted 20 minutes just to order in the drive through would have left but cars were behind me. After I ordered took another 20 minutes to get to the window. The lady told me that they had to cook some of the stuff I ordered and had 2 choices wait or order what they had ready. I came to get specific food items so I told her I would wait. She told me to pull up and it would be done in 6 minutes. I pulled up and waited another 15 minutes. I waited 55 minutes at a fast food restaurant.
The manager should be fired tomorrow if they want to stay in business in my humble opinion.

Just had the greatest experience in this establishment on 7/11 @ 6:30, each staff member was working in sync and the friendly environment was inviting. Always a big fan of Panda, so the food is always good. Had a sample of the teas brought to us and everyone sitting in the dining room, it was a pleasant experience and definitely a great first impression visiting here. 10/10 for every staff working during this shift and hope accolades can be provided to them all, tossed my receipt and unable to do survey. Thank you 🙏
