Griffin was so accommodating and helpful last night. We rarely get take out but our dinner became a disaster at home and so we were desperate for take out. I went here and the inside was closed but the drive thru was open. I went up to the window and Griffin was so kind and understanding. He definitely made my night!!!!

I just went there. I'm at the busiest time of the day. It was complete chaos but the manager and the cashier were kicking butt. They were so nice and helpful and polite and cool. Come and collected and my experience was great and they were pushing all the orders out as fast as humanly possible. Everybody in there was starving but they all got fed thanks to the crew. The manager I believe her name is Gee? Deserves a raise for how amazing her service was! I'm more than satisfied. Thanks Panda

20 minutes for drive-thru service is pretty outrageous, y’all. Especially since there wasn’t a huge line or anything. Management- you lost about five care when I was there & would have lost me too if I could have reversed out. Time to hire more staff?

Came here for a simple plate, chowmein & orange chicken, and I watched a line worker give generous portions to a whole handful of folks knfront of me, but when it came my turn, that worker was pulled off the line and this new dude came up and straight up gave me significantly less food than everyone else. When asked for more, I was met with confusion and blank stares. Yeah, im never coming here again. 👎👎👎👎

Update: months later a customer service representative reached out and made this right.
Delivery order was not correct. I sent a customer service request and got an auto reply that they will look into it. I've send a few more emails and never heard back.

Went at night very limited menu available. Hour before closing. Egg rolls were good but not up to temp. Small portions but over all a let down. I'll go local next time.
Always go to this location because the food is always good! Never over cooked or burnt when I’ve gone to this location great workers wish I knew who was the blond and short ladies are who work there they are great workers!

It's okay. Not great. Last time I got grees with broccoli beef. Beef okay. Broccoli was raw, warmed up a little, too big to eat with chopsticks. Fortune cookies are inedible. Best cookies are made at the Lui noodle and cookie factory in Seattle. This is okay American style Chinese food. I grew up eating "real" Chinese food in my friends mother's kitchen.

The Richland location is a scam. I have ordered food online three times. Each time, I never get what I order. I order 3 meat dishes, and get more rice or noodles in substitution. It really isn't that hard to double check an order. Since they keep doing this, I assume the owner is embezzling the money.
