Griffin was so accommodating and helpful last night. We rarely get take out but our dinner became a disaster at home and so we were desperate for take out. I went here and the inside was closed but the drive thru was open. I went up to the window and Griffin was so kind and understanding. He definitely made my night!!!!
I just went there. I'm at the busiest time of the day. It was complete chaos but the manager and the cashier were kicking butt. They were so nice and helpful and polite and cool. Come and collected and my experience was great and they were pushing all the orders out as fast as humanly possible. Everybody in there was starving but they all got fed thanks to the crew. Update: months later a customer service representative reached out and made this right.
Delivery order was not correct. I sent a customer service request and got an auto reply that they will look into it. I've send a few more emails and never heard back.
