I ordered the all meat pizza on line and paid on line at 4:07 PM. I arrived at 4:19 PM. The pizza was boxed and on the shelf when I arrived. There was one lady on duty. I didn’t notice any fixings out. I picked up the order and went home. The pizza was barely warm and the taste was nowhere near the quality I expected from Papa John’s. I ate two of the slices because I was very hungry. Later, thinking about what I observed, the temperature and taste of the pizza I concluded that the pizza had to have been cooked much earlier. Later I called the restaurant and complained about the pizza. I was given credit in my account.
I will use the credit for my next order and verify the quality before I take it home and that will be the last time I order from Papa John’s. This was inexcusable. I am so sorry because I have used that establishment in the past but no more.

If you’re going to spend $25 on pizza you would hope it would still be hot and fresh tasting when it arrived. Our delivery driver gave no smile, did not have the pizza in the warming bag, and the pizza is lukewarm and my children won’t eat it. Unable to drive to the store to grab a new one so now We are feeding the garbage can our $25 pizza.

Good pizza but a 6 dollar delivery charge is a bit excessive these days when the "store" isn't doing the delivery, I'd tip your drivers more if the delivery charge wasn't so high, you're just taking away from your own employees. Absolutely ridiculous to be $6.

I like the pizza but every time I order with the app, it never even started when I go in to pick it up. Too bad because I live a block away and it would be a convenient option for quick dinner.
Not the cheapest pizza but reliably good. Not much worse than disappointing pizza.

Would like to thank all the employees at this location for their efforts and hard work. In a short to no notice situation these employees were able to feed my 70 Nation Guard Soldiers. So if your pizza was late this weekend I apologize as these people worked tirelessly to fill my short notice order.

Gentleman offered to bring our pizza out tonight after I brought my 3 kiddos into the store with me and our pizza wasn't quite ready . It's Friday, so I'm understandably patient. I'm watching as my paid for pizza sits in the window for 25 Xtra minutes. The cashier had the tenacity to give it to me almost cold. The guy who offered to bring it out tucks his head and doesn't acknowledge me. Terrible accountability and communication amongst co workers. I won't be coming back. Take your business elsewhere.

We just placed an online order and picked it up in store! Very good pizza! Easy to place orders!
Pizza was not cooked long enough, barely warm at delivery. Paid for spicy garlic cup and received something that resembled thousand island dressing in a cup. Don't normally have bad experiences with them, but this was disappointing.

I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery on Friday. I placed the order over the phone with more than 24 hours' notice. when my pizzas didn't show up, I called to find out what was going on. The phone was answered then automatically placed on hold. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and never talked to a person. My pizzas did arrive 30 minutes late. My coworkers and I only have a 30-minute lunch. When I asked the delivery person why they didn't call to tell me that my order was going to be late, I was told that they are shorthanded. He never apologized for being 30 minutes late. I tried to call to speak to the manager but got the same automated answer and placed on hold, never having a chance to speak to a real person. I know that sometimes things happen and cause delays. However, a phone call to let me know my order would be late would have been nice. As it is, we had to go back to work without lunch and then take cold pizza home for later. Not impressed with the lack of customer service!!

Stopped on our way from a trip out of town and picked up a large pepperoni with the cheese in the crust and it was delicious. Hadn’t eaten in a long time and it was just as good as the last time. The employees were really nice and quick with our order. Really enjoyed and can’t wait to go back.
