The children working up front have the wrong address to my place and then stated they would give me a refund and send out another order. When I opened my pizza it had a half eaten piece of pizza on top of the full pizza. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and the kid yelled he wants a manager and another kid got on the phone and was laughing then told me “do what you want buddy” when I told him I was going to fill out a review and never use them again. I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give it. Do not order from here

Don't ever get a gift card from Papa Johns. Their gift card system sucks. The card wouldn't authorize and if you try it multiple times apparently they put an "11-20 min hold" on your gift card so it just keeps declining it no matter what.
I finally just called the store. I figured I could call the and order over the phone but they told me they don't have a clue about gift cards just gave me the online number. Which of course was in India. The guy repeated every word I said back to me slowly and asked me if that's what I said the entire time then told me it would be 11-20 minutes hold time. All in all it's going to take me around 40 min to order pizza using a gift card and that's if it decides to work after this 11-20 min hold. What a terrible system in desperate need of updating.
Edit: Waited 15 min and tried again. STILL DIDN'T WORK. Gave a new error message. Had to call customer service again. They had me wipe my entire browser history. Had to order the entire thing again and it finally worked. I haven't eaten Papa Johns in 3 years and this was such a pain I will likely never eat Papa Johns again. The only reason we had this gift card was because my wife mixed up Papa Johns and Papa Murphys. The Papa got a shot to impress on a mistake and FAILED EPICALLY.

Don't bother ordering from them, does not have delivery drivers and outsources to Doordash. Doordashers are not required to have a food handlers card, who knows what is happening to your food. They also don't know what they're doing. Placed an order at 4:30, got a call from a Doordash guy saying he was in Pasco and couldn't find my house, I'm in Richland. Called the store, they confirmed my address was correct and said they would resend the order. Called back after waiting 2 hours and they sent my order with another dasher. Waste of time, took my business elsewhere.

Ordered on line at 5:26pm. And received a thank you confirmation. At 7:00pm I received a phone call saying my order was not processed and if I would like to have it reissued and at full price no refund or discount offered nothing. Very bad customer service!!!! Their saying is better ingredients better pizza nothing about terrible service.

Got 2 large pizzas for 30$ and they gave us free plates, peppers, and Parmesan. The pizza was very good!
Called our order in. Pizza was waiting for me when I got there. Friendly staff.

One pizza was missing bacon, the other pizza was burned. I asked for well done, not burned. I was very disappointed with this order and will probably not be ordering from here again. The delivery driver was great though.
