The Peacock

Recently moved to the TriCities. I've been to the Peacock a few times over the last few months and I always have a great experience with quick and friendly service. The old fashioneds are some of the best I've had and the reuben is always incredible. The vibes inside are also very unique and cozy.
Overall, would highly recommend.

I was having a coffee emergency and blasted over there from Richland to get some locally-roasted coffee beans. The owner graciously asked me about my bean preferences and method of coffee making. He is always willing to educate and share his passion for coffee. This is a beautiful space with the best coffee in Kennewick!

Best place to have coffee!

My friend and I have gone here several times, for a nice relaxing atmosphere, to catch up on all our news. The food, coffee and service/atmosphere is amazing! I highly recommend this lovely gem.

Hosted an event at The Peacock and have met friends and colleagues there for drinks and have always enjoyed the staff, the drinks, the food, and the setting. Definitely recommend.

The customer service was the biggest disappointment of this visit amongst other things.
The owner and staff seemed disengaged, dismissive, unwelcoming and our drinks were mediocre. Unfortunate for a cute gathering place near Hansen Park.

*There were three of us and we each had about two drink orders and appetizers.

I run a coffeeshop on the other side of town. When I want an espresso AND I want somebody else to make it for me, this is where I go.

My problem is not with the coffee they serve but with the service itself. For weeks I had a group that would go there and one wouldn't order cuz he's not a big coffee guy. Then one day the owner finally had enough of it and told us to buy something or not come in at all and he was very rude about it. What's next telling someone they can't bring their baby in because they can't order some for themselves? Unacceptable. Very rude man, you have just lost three customers just by chewing one out

We had a private party here and it was amazing! The staff, food, drinks, and space were perfect. Their team was so helpful during the entire process - from scheduling the event, to setting up, and to hosting. We will definitely be back!!

Had a delicious tea and chatted with a friend. The place was quiet and I will be back. They had ciders on tap and one of them was my favorite.
