This place is a hidden gem! My friends and I enjoyed the fun atmosphere, comfy seating, and delicious coffee drinks. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who handled an unexpected afternoon rush all on his own like a total pro. We’ll definitely be back!

Terrible customer service RIGHT OUT AWAY - The cashier guy was loud and said how many drinks he has before us and that we would be the last one to order and continued to complain about how much he had to do. I asked for muffin to make it easy on the casier guy - then my husband asked for a black coffee no frills that was in the kettle behind us on the counter - however the cashier said he couldn't have it thou - because the cashier would be using it first - since he had a stack of drinks ahead. We should have walked out - but we were nice enough to leave a two dollar tip and took our muffin and cup with black coffee that he eventually stomped over to get and complain again about how the customer before us will complain now - it was so awkward and unprofessional - ANOTHER REASON WHY I HATE small coffee shops with not enough staff.

Had a lovely coffee get together today at The Peacock. Great coffee, comfortable seating, unique & attractive atmosphere & decore, very friendly & welcoming owner. Looking forward to returning for lunch & enjoy their outdoor patio space
I came to the area visiting for Los Angeles last month to scope the tri cities for a possible job position. I asked around for the best coffee shop and got directed to come here, The Peacock! I decided to get a London-Fog and I guarantee you, this won't disappoint!
Where I work now, the coffee culture is very high, so whenever people from our laboratory travel, it is custom to bring back coffee beans from wherever you traveled to. I brought back the Nicaragua whole beans from The Peacock and these were by far one of the best beans we have gotten in the the US. Literally, people come to our labs from Australia, Europe, Jupiter, Sirius A, and Andromeda. These beans will not disappoint, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beans are fire! Absolutely recommend the Nicaragua beans.
My husband and I went to the The Peacock my tea was good however, I certainly didn't like how the owner talked to me.
Maybe some training in customer service on how to talk to customers. I will not go back and I don't recommend anyone to experience what I did. I should have walked out. However, I did not tip.
Missed opportunity, Sir.
BTW, I planned on eating lunch obviously decided against it.
We stopped in for a pre-dinner drink and this place did not disappoint! Romantic yet chill vibe. Warm welcoming interior with fun peacock themed decor. Delicious cocktails. Highly recommend the Night Owl! The Tri Cities has needed a coffee shop that doubles as a cocktail bar and this place fits the bill. We will be back!

The atmosphere, service, coffee quality, and variety are great, but the pricing is a concern. I ordered a 16oz latte with sugar-free vanilla, and after taxes, it came to $8.07. I could barely afford to tip the barista. Additionally, the barista didn’t fill my coffee all the way to the top. I understand inflation, but it would be nice if the drinks were a bit more affordable.

First time in, ordered 2 expensive coffees. The owner hands me my coffees then proceeds to tell me how I just quadrupled my caloric amount by selecting oat milk! I told him that I cannot have regular milk. Then he says well there are other options- that’s why they feed oats to cattle to fatten them up! I was so shocked by his unsolicited, unprofessional, rude comments that I left. Hopefully he learns some etiquette and respect for his customers or he will be soon closing his Kennewick location too. I definitely won’t be back!!!

Great food and super friendly and prompt service. They worked with my sister who has food allergies so that she could have their pizza! Wow!! Most places can't accommodate her but they can and are happy to do so
I highly recommend!
Dietary restrictions: Can't have corn and they worked with my sister so she could have their pizza. It was a very seamless and easy process!

We have always made a stop for coffee at The Peacock on the Parkway whenever we visit town, so you can imagine our excitement when he expanded into cocktails and food at the new location in Kennewick! The space felt extremely cozy and relaxing, and the cocktails were some of the best we had ever had! High recommendations for the Espresso Martini, Manhattan, French 75, Espresso-infused Bourbon, and our favorite, the Green Tea Shots! I love the innovative mindset that the owner has- always looking for new and unique methods for coffee and cocktails! This is a MUST VISIT!
