First time trying this place after going to LULU and 3 Eyes for years. You can definitely tell the similar vibe since they are under the same ownership. Went there for a week day lunch and it's very chill and with open view. Service was good and server was very attentive and friendly. Food taste fine but was a little overpriced. 20 dollar for 2 taco at lunch, decent ingredient but not to this standard. Menu has fair selection but could be improved with better varieties...
Tried Perch again, last time want the best. It was better this time, but wouldn’t go out of the way to go here. Drinks were good.

Perch Cantina nails it!!
The Shrimp Risotto was outstanding—creamy, perfectly al dente rice with sweet, plump shrimp, a whisper of garlic and citrus, and just enough Parmesan to tie it all together. Every bite felt balanced and lux without being heavy. Service matched the food: friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed from first hello to final check. Perch Cantina just earned a spot on my go-to list.

This place is nice, but it seems it's missing it's identity. It's almost like when you're in there you're trying to figure out what they're trying to be. The atmosphere is good, but the limited food menu relegated to only Mexican food seems to make this place confusing. The food itself is way too salty, and the menu is very limited for the size of this place. They need to expand the menu to provide more options. You will find a bigger menu of food in a much small Mexican restaurant for sure. They need to expand the menu to provide a more wider range of food options, as well as vegetarian options, and rewrite its seen to be more fitting of its name than what it is now.

Fantastic! They just released a new menu and it’s so good. Chefs Luis and Osvaldo have really given this place identity and we can’t wait to go back. The Puerco Enchilado and Flan are musts. Service and ambiance were on point. Thank you, Perch!

Birria tacos were delicious. Had a mule and it was strong and delicious. Really good chips and guacamole. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Beautiful view and great service.

Food and atmosphere was good. My daughter ordered the tortilla soup and it was not very good. Had an oily residue on the top. The rest of our meal was great. The waitress seemed to be the only one on staff. She was always in such a hurry to take our order or give us a feel that we weren't valued as customers. She may have been overwhelmed.
Service was great! Our server, Pablo, was very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks. The flautas and rockfish were my favorite, we also got the pappardelle and blackened steak and everything was great!
