We have visited Perch Cantina on 2 occasions with my family and we like it so much that we traveled from Portland to Richland just to enjoy the atmosphere that is very pleasant, the super professional and very friendly service and the very delicious food and they try to improve every day, I recommend the mole, it is delicious with a unique combination that you will want to return for more…

We came in for some appetizers to have a small bite. Their "kids menu" is just a "smaller portion" which was 15 bucks ?. Come on its a child, mine is 4 years old and she is not going to finish a whole burger!!! Us adults got the nachos to split between us. Didn't get any plats to split. Oh well we can survive that but our table didn't even come with napkins or silverware. I had to get them myself. Our waitress looked at us and served others. We spent 84 dollars on two drinks, an appetizer nachos and a kids meals. Wouldn't recommend. Go somewhere else.

Amazing music & atmosphere especially in the summer on the roof! We sat at the bar and had great service and quick too! Would highly recommend the taco flight as an entree and "La Cabra Borracha" drink. Perfect date night spot or with some friends!

Food was ok, presentation was beautiful. Our server was unfortunately not impressive. We had been seated at least 10-15 minutes before reaching out to the hostess to ask who our server would be. There were possibly 4 other tables and quite a few servers at this time. Our server eventually showed up and took our orders. She did deliver the drinks incorrectly and we had to play drink roulette which is fine, but also brought out an incorrect meal order. We were told we would not be charged for this and the correct item would be brought out. However, when the time came to pay the bill, we were indeed charged for both items and the server seemed to not understand all of a sudden. I am not one to make a scene, so I paid once I realized we weren’t going to get on the same page and I’d rather cut my losses and leave. Now, on the menu it states an 18% gratuity will be added for parties over a certain size. In my experience, this is when the bill is paid for in one tab, which we were willing to do. Our server came out to take our payments, and offered to split the ticket by person. She never disclosed that the 18% gratuity had been added to each ticket, nor could you see it on the little handheld device she handed us. Even though I was extremely under impressed with the whole experience, I added a tip. I asked for my receipt in which she seemed annoyed, only to see that I ended up leaving an almost 40% tip since the gratuity was already included. Overall, was not impressed and would not return nor recommend to others.

We came to try out Perch tonight. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. This is supposed to be one of the best places in the Tri-Cities. Well, it definitely is not. While the food was quite good, the service was quite terrible. Our server — Jene — rushed us through the entire meal: interrupting the conversations, telling us we were not decisive enough with the menu, grabbing the dishes off of the table before we we’re finished, and the list goes on. Forget about unwelcome, we felt like a tremendous nuisance! She wasn’t just a little impatient — she was blatantly rude. The restaurant was not busy at all, so the blatant impatience of the server can’t be explained by the fact that she was too busy. Not what I expected from such an establishment.

Beautiful place and great atmosphere! Just need to work on the food. I had a bite of rice and it was like eating just salt. We were a party of 6, and we all agreed that everything was generally very salty, but no flavor. But the drinks were good and our waiter/service was fantastic. I would come back to try the food again and give it a chance if it changes!

Birria tacos were delicious. Had a mule and it was strong and delicious. Really good chips and guacamole. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Beautiful view and great service.
