Original ETA was 50-60 minutes. Did not arrive until almost 2.5 hours after order placed. No communication that there would be a delay.
I received a notification that the order was on delivery. Later I received a call telling me a change in order was needed (just soda type), meaning that the previous notification was false and it was not on delivery.
It arrived egregiously late, the food was entirely cold. The boneless chicken was not just cold but hard and inedible. The pizza was the worst I’ve experienced from a Pizza Hut. It was old and left out.
Terrible quality, no degree of customer service, false expectations and inaccurate systems information.
Likely the first time I will ever encourage others in the future to avoid any restaurant.

I always enjoy the original pan crust pizza. Reminds me of the past and still throughout the years it's always been my favorite go to pizza place.
We ordered pizza for my birthday. My fiance went and picked it up. We asked for naked wings and sauce on the side. So my so. Could eat them and I could dip in the sauce. They made all the wings spicy. They were rude to my fiance. Coming from a place of working in the food business. That is not the way service people.

I ordered two large three topping pizzas with some bread sticks. The first pizza I ordered had extra sweet marinara sauce with pepperoni, pineapple and onion on it. The pizza I received had barley any toppings on it what so ever and it had almost no marinara sauce on it, it was dry and tasteless. The second pizza I ordered was the same way. It had Italian sausage with caramelized onions with roasted peppers with extra spicy marinara sauce. I am extremely disappointed with what I had received and how much I had paid for it.

Went to pickup an online order. The other was ready a few minutes early which was great. The restaurant was clean but the dining area was dark and needed more lighting. The person at the counter was polite. The pizza was a simple pepperoni. I love pepperoni and maybe it's just me and my tastes might have changed but the pizza was just ok.

I don't know why everyone doesn't come here for lunch under $17 for a salad bar, 4 boneless wings, and a full melt (like a crispy calzone)!
Ok... The "no tip" shame needs to stop! I order on the app, I pay on the app, I get in my car and drive to Pizza Hut, get out of my car go inside and pick up my order. Every time they point out that I didn't leave a "tip" I say no thank you and then always get a dirty look and after that they don't speak to me. I am unsure what I would be tipping for when I am picking up my own order?
We partake in this establishment frequently..... As a family we all meet up and eat in the dining area and have a blast! When we are there and getting served we all tip individually because it's what we do.
