My food showed up cold and old tasting! Called them right away and was told sorry about my order and they where going to credit my account. Called two days later and they had no knowledge of the credit the manager that answered the phone was rude with me and was questi. Oning me like a cop.. pretty much calling me a liar!!

horrible customer service. jeremy likes to act like a smart ass and then makes your whole order wrong. Wouldnt recomend buying from pizza hut on g way ever again until new staff are hired and old ones are replaced.

Went to dine in yesterday after my son's tball practice and waited in the front to be seated and no one ever came to greet us, not to tell us it would be a minute or anything. We stood there for 10-15 minutes.

There were multiple problems with this location. Last night I ordered a pizza and eta was about 20-30 mins didn’t receive the pizza untill 1hour 30 mins after and the driver was very rude and today he called wishing I was dead. Pizza Hut used to be a good place to go to but I’m sticking to dominos from now on worst experience I have ever had

Original ETA was 50-60 minutes. Did not arrive until almost 2.5 hours after order placed. No communication that there would be a delay.
I received a notification that the order was on delivery. Later I received a call telling me a change in order was needed (just soda type), meaning that the previous notification was false and it was not on delivery.
It arrived egregiously late, the food was entirely cold. The boneless chicken was not just cold but hard and inedible. The pizza was the worst I’ve experienced from a Pizza Hut. It was old and left out.
Terrible quality, no degree of customer service, false expectations and inaccurate systems information.
Likely the first time I will ever encourage others in the future to avoid any restaurant.

I always enjoy the original pan crust pizza. Reminds me of the past and still throughout the years it's always been my favorite go to pizza place.
We ordered pizza for my birthday. My fiance went and picked it up. We asked for naked wings and sauce on the side. So my so. Could eat them and I could dip in the sauce. They made all the wings spicy. They were rude to my fiance. Coming from a place of working in the food business. That is not the way service people.

I ordered two large three topping pizzas with some bread sticks. The first pizza I ordered had extra sweet marinara sauce with pepperoni, pineapple and onion on it. The pizza I received had barley any toppings on it what so ever and it had almost no marinara sauce on it, it was dry and tasteless. The second pizza I ordered was the same way. It had Italian sausage with caramelized onions with roasted peppers with extra spicy marinara sauce. I am extremely disappointed with what I had received and how much I had paid for it.

Went to pickup an online order. The other was ready a few minutes early which was great. The restaurant was clean but the dining area was dark and needed more lighting. The person at the counter was polite. The pizza was a simple pepperoni. I love pepperoni and maybe it's just me and my tastes might have changed but the pizza was just ok.
