Pizza was horrible! It was dried out and seemed like old pizza reheated. Delivery was quick so it wasn’t a delivery problem from Grubhub. What happened to Pizza Hut? Barely edible.

I must give 5 stars for the amazing customer service at this Pizza Hut. Let me explain. We lost one of my Uncle's and a few months later my Papa. My grandma moved to another city recently. My beautiful Aunt stayed in Richland. I had a memorial blanket made for her to be reminded of how loved she, it had pictures of her late Dad, brother and of course of her Mom who is now living a few hours away. All of this to say that when I sent the package I didnt confirm the address was correct and the package ended up at Pizza Hut. When we all called, they were wonderful. I remember speaking with Jeremy. My husband also called as we were going to pay to see if they would drop it off. They were so incredibly gracious they were going to. My Aunt lives within walking distance and met the delivery driver on his way out to deliver. We cant thank you enough for working with us and being so gracious and kind to us to assist in getting this special memorial blanket to my Aunt. Thank you so much. Delivered pizza at a business in Richland,Wa. Mid way thru each slice, it was raw & doughy,& extra chewy. When called, they didn’t want to hear it,& were rude. I won’t be eating or ordering this pizza again! Most disgusting customer service I’ve experienced.

Called to find out if they had a buffet, the woman answering the phone wouldn't answer any questions until I gave her my phone number which she already had. I told her I wasn't calling to order, I wanted to come in and eat, she hung up. I assume their food & atmosphere is only as good as the people who work there and she was horrid. We had a party of 12, their loss.

After receiving a discount offer via email offering a free Flatss if I spent $1. I went ahead and placed the order to be picked up 45 minutes later. Upon arriving I was told the discount wasn't working and I would have to pay the difference. This is what's called False Advertising, basically Fraud. I will never again do business with Pizza Hut and I strongly encourage others to avoid them as well. I've been ordering from Domino's for 40 years and never been this dissatisfied by criminal conduct.

My food showed up cold and old tasting! Called them right away and was told sorry about my order and they where going to credit my account. Called two days later and they had no knowledge of the credit the manager that answered the phone was rude with me and was questi. Oning me like a cop.. pretty much calling me a liar!!

horrible customer service. jeremy likes to act like a smart ass and then makes your whole order wrong. Wouldnt recomend buying from pizza hut on g way ever again until new staff are hired and old ones are replaced.

Went to dine in yesterday after my son's tball practice and waited in the front to be seated and no one ever came to greet us, not to tell us it would be a minute or anything. We stood there for 10-15 minutes.

There were multiple problems with this location. Last night I ordered a pizza and eta was about 20-30 mins didn’t receive the pizza untill 1hour 30 mins after and the driver was very rude and today he called wishing I was dead. Pizza Hut used to be a good place to go to but I’m sticking to dominos from now on worst experience I have ever had
