The greasiest pizza I have ever seen. Inedible. Grease on the top and bottom. Called and complained was told 40 minutes for a new pizza. Waiting 40 minutes after already waiting 40 minutes is crazy. I said forget it and it went in the trash.

Placed an order at 1:00 PM for a 4:30 PM pickup, thinking that would be plenty of time for them to have it ready. Unfortunately, I still had to wait 30min when I arrived, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. To make matters worse, the staff was rude, didn’t offer an apology, and acted like they didn’t care at all. No sense of urgency, no customer service—just a terrible experience all around. It’s clear that this location has no regard for its customers, and I won’t be returning.

Placed an order at 5:08. Email said food would be ready at 5:28. Arrived at 5:30 and the linked they provided that tracks where the food is at in baking said my food was ready.
Betsy at the front desk informed me I arrived that my order was still 25 minutes from being done. I asked her how that could be and she had no answer. Is there pizza tracker just a lie then? Place is a joke. No discount provided or offered by Betsy either.

Came in at 7:10, and holy cow, were the vibes BAD at this location. An employee who I can only assume is management openly berates staff in front of customers. It’s 2024, why are we still treating employees like trash?

Tried to order the special 2 med 5 topping pizza for $10.99 each. The young girl who answered the phone kept trying to sell me a $29.99 of a $12.99 dollar pizza. We went to Dairy Queen. Worst service ever and I worked in the industry.?

Ordered a few hours ahead for my husband to pick up on his way home. Our food was supposed to be ready an hour ago and he is just now getting it. I can understand being slightly behind as I have worked in food service but waiting an hour is ridiculous especially with no communication when my husband asked. According to the manager they can’t do refunds so they gave us a free pizza voucher for next time. We will never be going back so that’s a waste. Horrible service 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

This used to be a standard 3-star Pizza Hut. Not very good pizza, but acceptable if you know what I'm talking about. But then Pizza Hut fired all their delivery drivers and signed up with Door Dash for all deliveries. And to pay the extra fees required by DoorDash, they jacked up the prices for food. Expect to pay $30 a pizza unless you get lucky with couponing. And gods help you if you're buying for a family, it's going to be $100 easily.

The online app did not show the correct deals that were available. So they called to make an order that was extremely close to the same price I was going to pay anyway! They went above and beyond in my opinion and were so nice!

I am a food delivery driver that picked up a pizza. The order was done over the phone. The employee took all information: name of customer and address for delivery. Both things were incorrect in a massive way. Address: was supposed to be the Holiday Inn behind Khol's, but was sent to the neighborhoods behind the West Richland Country Mercantile. What should have been a 10 min delivery drive, ended up being 45 mins round-trip, making their pizza really cold! I hope they called in and complained! Name of Order: spelled incorrectly, it was Sean not Chelan... Sounds like whomever answered the phone needs better listening skills.While waiting for the order to be finished, an employee was arguing with I assume to be the manager in charge. Be professional and take that conversation to the office, not so customers can hear you in the lobby.
