I am a food delivery driver that picked up a pizza. The order was done over the phone. The employee took all information: name of customer and address for delivery. Both things were incorrect in a massive way. Address: was supposed to be the Holiday Inn behind Khol's, but was sent to the neighborhoods behind the West Richland Country Mercantile. What should have been a 10 min delivery drive, ended up being 45 mins round-trip, making their pizza really cold! I hope they called in and complained! Name of Order: spelled incorrectly, it was Sean not Chelan... Sounds like whomever answered the phone needs better listening skills.While waiting for the order to be finished, an employee was arguing with I assume to be the manager in charge. Be professional and take that conversation to the office, not so customers can hear you in the lobby.

Took well over an hour to get my pizza order that was in route for 30 minutes. I was told 30 minutes for my delivery time. When I called the lady had nothing to offer me but an oh well. Very poor customer service. Pizza tasted like cardboard and looked like a toddler made it. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered a pizza at 540pm said it would arrive at 620. It's 7pm and still have not received my pizza. My 2 year old has been waiting to eat dinner and will go to bed late because of their poor service. When I called the store they stated they were having an error in system. Next time I'll order papa John's cause over 1 hour for pizza is ridiculous.

Just got off the phone with this Pizza Hut I let them know I was going to leave a review she did nothing about it. Even denied I was there last night.They didn’t call me to tell me the $55 order was ready. I said I was going to go shopping call me when you’re ready. I waited around for a call. After a couple hours I went to another Pizza Hut on Columbia center blvd and ordered the same order for half the price and got breadsticks for $32 after taxAlexis at this store took my phone number and order.I handed money over to her she handed it back and said I was to pay after. But at the other Pizza Hut I pre paid.

Writing a 1 star review towards the manager who is on shift on 08/19/23 at 8:18pm, there was an employee in training and this lady started yelling at him and calling him stupid for not getting the wrong name for a pizza. She was constantly yelling and bashing him in front of customers and saying that he’s too dumb to learn how to make a pizza, manager said: “I don’t know what’s wrong with you, but you’re stupid!”. This lady needs to be fired. No one should be treated like that. Everyone learns differently, she needs to be nice and help him learn a technique that works for him.
I've always had very professional service provided to me and the quality if the food gas been excellent every time. I've ordered delivery and pick up as well as ordering most every item they offer. The app is perfect and the points i earn there have made my experience that much more special.

Got home to find my order was completely wrong, pizza crust was wrong, paid an extra $2 for pan, and my other pizza was supposed to be the big new yorker, pepperoni's were regular, sauce was regular and minimal, and it had no new yoker seasoning on it, food was cold as well. Decided to call in and got this lady on the phone who was pretty rude, believe her name was sarah but I could be wrong, started off with saying "what's wrong with it" in a rude tone, basically trying to move through the conversation without care, finally, she said she would give us a "credit" and that it would be applied to our phone number so the next time we called to order it would be free, no credit was ever applied to my account, or my phone number, so she flat out lied to me just so she wouldn't have to deal with me anymore.Will never visit this pizza hut location again, I see why they have the ratings they do. Disappointed.
