In terms of customer we felt we were rushed, at the time no one was even behind us. We got there a little After they opened some what expecting to get Fresh food. We both got the hogzilla, paid for 3 jalapeño poppers but got 2, and the Mac and cheese. The sandwhich had a piece of cartilage in almost every bite, not just small pieces. The jalapeño poppers were very soggy, and tasted old. The Mac and cheese had no flavor, and tasted like it had been warmed up multiple times. One of the worst “bbq” experiences I’ve ever had.

Incredible staff, so friendly! The food is ridiculously good. A unexpected surprise was the gouda machine n cheese! Give them a try, you won't regret.

The best brisket that I've had in the Tri Cities. Everything there is really good. It's very pricey, but it's very good.

NEW UPDATE: even though they have yet to make my previous issue right and they drive like jerks cutting people off. I ordered them again to see if their quality improved. It has not. And I ordered a pint to be delivered and they sent the smallest container... I will never return.

UPDATE: they never did make it right or refund me. I reached out multiple times.

I have loved porters and their meat is still excellent, but I bought a quart of mac and cheese today and this is what I had when I got home. It's a soup with some macroni (not the shells they used to use). I literally threw the whole $14 container out...

I stayed at the hotel next to this restaurant last night. I went in around 7pm (well before closing) as I walked in I was told that they were out of most everything. I got chicken, sausage, beans, mac n cheese and slaw. The chicken as so dried out it was inedible. The beans were burnt from sitting on a warmer and the mac n cheese was super runny. The sausage was dried out but edible. The only thing that was ok was the slaw. The employees were nice. But a waste of money. I will not be returning

Mediocre bbq at a very expensive price. Spent $35 with tip for one OK meal. Not bad, but certainly not good. I won’t be returning. Free refills on sweet tea was the highlight, so, you get the idea…

The bathroom was very clean.

Love the brisket. We missed it! Fast friendly service. Clean tables and floors. Delicious. But it's pretty pricey. Cost 80 to feed 3. But it's worth it to me. Thank you!

Came in with a large group on 8/22/24 around 6:15pm. The two individuals working were very accommodating and let us know right away what stock they had left so we could decide if there was enough for us all. They quickly worked through our orders and maintained a friendly demeanor and quality focus! They also checked on us while eating to make sure we enjoyed the visit.
Every single member of our party enjoyed the food and thought it was delicious!

Sorry to say that I was very disappointed with the food. I got brisket, pulled pork, bacon, mac n cheese, and baked beans. Nothing had any flavor. I had to douse my food in bbq sauce for any flavor. The mac n cheese was bland. The sweet tea was decent. I actually joked to my daughter that I should go get a covid test because I couldn’t taste anything. I’m always out to try bbq in the PNW just to see how it stacks up, but something was off on my visit. Maybe it’s the mass production of it. When I spend close to $50 for two people to eat bbq, I expect the best of the best. The day prior I had Baby J’s and there is just no comparison.

The BBQ is great and their home made sauces are great tasting. The bacon wrapped jalapenos are good too! Plenty of indoor seating and thido carry out and catering!

Parking: More than 20 spaces shared with 2 other businesses.

Wheelchair accessibility: Have handy cap ramps and double doors.
