Their madhatter energy drinks are hit or miss. Mainly miss. It tastes like club soda…flat club soda. Most likely won’t be going back after having my drink taste like water so many times.

I ordered the firecracker drink and the blended cookies and cream! Both were good just wish the blended one was more thick and wish the firecracker had less of the blue curaçao and wish they gave me a straw for the boba that actually worked.
Came here the next day and got 2 drinks. It was $15 before tip for 2 24 ounce drinks. Crazy! They gave me a boba straw this time and it tasted a lot better than the last time.

I hope Aaron reads these. I don't believe in giving bad reviews unless they're really truly earned. Your staff demonstrated nice and efficient customer service to the drive-thru and in-store customers. As an Uber Eats person i was acknowledged and then ignored. All new orders placed after i arrived were processed before they suddenly remembered me. Not joking...store and drive thru were empty when they discovered i was still there. 10 minutes later. Not getting paid any extra for the longer wait. Meanwhile the online customer is also waiting longer, and being penalized simply because they can't leave their desk but really wanted your products, enough so to pay delivery fees and a small tip. Please make sure your staff is aware that online offers should be just as important as in person.

This Wake Up Call location is the best. Great employees and service. Jamil is the best barista, and even better with his engagement with customers.
I have given this specific location the benefit of the doubt for the last time and am officially done with this business. Please support the small local coffee businesses that actually try. Last straw for me, two girls working whose attitudes show that couldn’t care less about anything. Done spending $ for Luke warm coffee and shitty service, I said something before to management nothing has changed.

I am reviewing for today’s experience first. My friend and I were literally ignored at the counter while barista chatted with drive up customer. When we asked hey what about us? She said “ I have to take care of the cars first” I don’t know if that’s Wake Up Calls policy but I believe if someone comes to your business they should be waited on in the order that they arrived…. Not take care of incoming cars first. Barista was alone so I can’t fault her for that. Morning is coffee prime time so perhaps having more staff would fix this problem.

I’ve been in a few times and both Kayla and Logan are AHHHMAZING. Logan was killing it one morning on his own (I think the next person hadn’t come in yet). There were in-house and drive thru customers. Logan juggled them all efficiently, with a smile and like a boss. Kayla is the most chill and nice person. I REALLY took my time and asked her all these questions and she was patient, kind, informative and super sweet. They both need a raise!!
