Dropped in to unwind after a long drive, watch a game or two. Ended up being a UFC fight night, which we ended up watching all the way to the end. Friendly and attentive staff, lots of games and tables and viewing options to choose from. Very fun place, the carne asada fries were way too good. Everything a good sports bar should be, will definitely be back 😃

Good service. Menu is small tho. Also paid to listen to music through the jukebox, however there was other music coming from the kitchen or another channel where I couldn't hear what paid to play. Not sure how many people want to listen to scream-o the whole time. In all not a bad place to stop for a couple quick drinks but not worth staying for longer than an hour or so.

Im from out of town and I had a really good experience plus the food was good. The jalapeno cheddar tots were delicious but they hold in (temp)heat. Which they did warn me about but so good!

Poor service (0 stars) decent food good drinks. Came in 1 waitress took everyone's order but ours, we had to flag down help, we finally ordered food and drinks. Told be right back with sauce, never showed. Drinks never came but everyone else received theirs. Good luck

The place was great and the staff was friendly. However, their alcoholic drinks had near no alcohol. I was there to celebrate my birthday and ended up going somewhere else.
I have been to the Dugout in richland 3 time in the last 2 weeks. I walk in, sit at the bar for over 15 minutes and not get served. Other customer that came in after me got served food and drinks and not one time did a bartender or server come to check on me. Absolutely appalling. Dugout.. do better, I am not even sure you could earn my business back. Just disappointed.

Enjoyed a fun paint & sip date night with my husband. They were short-staffed and still managed to keep up with the event while caring for regular customers coming in. Service was great, and the food was better than expected for a sports bar. Definitely recommend and want to go again during game night! P.S. Clean bathroom for the ladies was also a plus!

Having Nicole in charge again has really made this bar cool again seems like all the bar tenders like there job and enjoy working here the drinks are incredible if u are coming looking for male bartenders This is not your place lol
