I have been to the Dugout in richland 3 time in the last 2 weeks. I walk in, sit at the bar for over 15 minutes and not get served. Other customer that came in after me got served food and drinks and not one time did a bartender or server come to check on me. Absolutely appalling. Dugout.. do better, I am not even sure you could earn my business back. Just disappointed.

Enjoyed a fun paint & sip date night with my husband. They were short-staffed and still managed to keep up with the event while caring for regular customers coming in. Service was great, and the food was better than expected for a sports bar. Definitely recommend and want to go again during game night! P.S. Clean bathroom for the ladies was also a plus!

Having Nicole in charge again has really made this bar cool again seems like all the bar tenders like there job and enjoy working here the drinks are incredible if u are coming looking for male bartenders This is not your place lol

This place has a really good atmosphere as a sports bar. The food is ok, only tried the fries which I can guess are home made, 4 stars because that's all I tried. Service is phenomenal, Gina is on it. I would return if in the area.

It took about 20 mins to get a waitress and that's after my friend went to the bar. The staff was busy taking pics of each other. I seen the waitress 1 other time after that and we only stayed till after we ate. The service was horrible I will not go there again.

I want to start out by saying, the service could be a lot quicker or at least more attentive to those who are not seeming to be regulars. However!!! The food has always been worth the wait to me. It's delicious and always hits the spot when you're hungry. The Bases Covered Nachos are my absolute favorite, and the portions are AMAZING. I love whatever white cheese is on them, and all the jalapeños and tomatoes! 😋 You'd better give this place a shot! (Sorry about the photo, I was too hungry and already had dug in) 😄

Horrible staffing on a busy day of football. One bar tender for a packed place to watch football. Don’t plan on getting food that you order for an hour and drinks the same. Bar tender is great but can’t keep up. Thumbs down for this place with the staffing

My first time there. It is so great inside. So much bigger then I would think. The servers were very attentive and very nice. Lots of TVs which is what we were looking for. The food was really good. The Salad was fantastic! It was huge! Great place to go with a group of friends. So fun!
We went in there with a few people and got our drink orders taken and arrived quickly. Then they took our food order and after about a 2 hour wait we decided to cancel our order and the "Manager" Nicole came to our table and started yelling at us that they needed a call ahead of time if we were going to have a large group and they were not staffed for this large of a group. There were maybe 15 of us and the bar had no one really in it. Being a Thursday night in Richland a lot of people work at Hanford so it is there Friday night. I have been there a few time and never had good service at that location. I will (we) not go back to that location. Try any other Dugout the one on Clearwater is great and we have never had an issue.

Well the manager Nichole is rude, unprofessional, argumentative. We arrived with a party of 14 people. Everyone in the party got their food, ate and were leaving. My friend and I canceled our food after 2hrs. The manager Nichole did nothing but complain behind the bar of our party of "30" people. Obviously can not handle the pressure of running a bar. Very embarrassing for the Dugout given that we go to the others in town and they do great. We won't be back to the Dugout on Lee because she is there. Such a bummer.

Went in to watch basketball game and brandy was awesome. Towards end of game Gina arrived and she was equally awesome. Because of them we will be back
