Every time I come to wake up call it’s just never good. The coffee is watery and flavorless, and tastes like bad milk. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning and the egg patty was dry like it had been sitting out for a long time.

This is the worse Wake Up Call I’ve ever been unlucky enough to go to, I’ve given it MULTIPLE chances and every time my drink tastes horrible (this is compared to the other locations) and the sandwiches are super small (not sure if they get them like that?) but there’s a male barista who does not care at all about anything he’s doing and it’s very obvious. There were two cashiers/employees that were sociable and friendly but besides THEM and them alone this place is absolutely the worst. I’m so disappointed and I’ve never had such disgusting drinks from a place where I’m assuming they have an easy 1-2-3 step system. Corporate needs to retrain and check these machines because something is seriously wrong here. Sorry to the good employees. I just would never recommend this location to anyone.🪰
Edit: just read the reviews and three months ago someone had a similar issue with a male employee who does not care, probably the same brown haired dude. I really would like to say he needs retraining or to be fired. I’ve never in my life experienced a barista so bad. Ever. Your business will slow down due to this employee I can assure you. Sadly, I will never be back to see the outcome.

Always stop by Wake Up Call for my early morning coffee. They are great for many reasons. First, I love the unique menu at this coffee shop. Second, the baristas are all friendly and nice. Finally, they are the fastest coffee line I have sat in. I won't mention another coffee place, but they take at least twice as long to make drinks. When you are in a rush, this is the best choice.

Usually we get one of the girls and they are sweet and care about what they are doing. Today and the last time we went we had a young man who very obviously does not care. Didn't bother to mix my matcha. Messed up the order and didn't apologize or even say anything to us. Just yanked the drink back and made another without saying a single thing. I'm not coming back here.

They have great coffee here. Far superior to certain other popular chain coffee joints. My only complaint is that they are frequently, and weirdly out of skim milk. I have gone on multiple occasions only to find out that they don’t have skim. I know I’m weird, but I like my lattes and cappuccinos with skim milk. And I can’t be the only one considering how often they run out. If they fix that one issue with their supplies, they would have a five star rating for me.
