Terrible service when ordering for pick up. Many times we’ve ordered for pick up and not once have they been too busy to start the order. This morning we ordered and after 20 min I decide to drive over only to see no cars in the drive up window and two employees with their heads in their phones. I had to tap on the walk up window just to get their attention. AND of course the order wasn’t started. The coffee is good though so that bumps it to two stars.

Service is terrible. I asked for an extra cup with my kids smoothie cause their kids smoothie has enough to give 1 kid diabetes, so I split them into 2 cups. The guy was rude and told me he cant sell me another cup or split the smoothie in two cups. He wanted me to buy 2 kid smoothies which im not doing cause again my 1 year old doesnt need 500grams of sugar. Ridiculous. Their coffee isn't even good enough to be so rude. Definitely go to Swagg coffee instead! Better service and cooler people!

My first time here and this girl with black hair who looked like she had just rolled out of bed with a hard lisp, ask what she can get started with not a hello not a welcome she seemed so annoyed and rude. This place really needs to train there staff with basic costumer service skills. Coffee was good but the service was bad enough for me not to want to come back

I'm addicted. I think they are about a buck overpriced on most drinks though, compared to some others. I am here way too much! Tasty, and service at the window is good.
Normally, the service is great. Not today she was very rude when I was asking about my drink and if it has vanilla. Not accommodating to people who don't know coffee lingo. She expected me to know that vanilla caramel was called a macchiato when I ordered a caramel vanilla latte. I wouldn't have noticed her rudeness as much, but the fact that my kids noticed was not great. I'm not sure I'll be going back.

Wake Up Call Coffee is a fantastic spot with plenty of drink options to choose from! Whether you’re in the mood for coffee, tea, or something a little different, they’ve got you covered. We went through the drive-thru and were impressed by the friendly and efficient service. We ordered a black unsweetened tea and a sugar-free vanilla iced chai tea—both were delicious and refreshing! The menu is broad enough to satisfy any craving, and it’s clear they put care into every order. Highly recommend stopping by for great drinks and great service!
